It's been almost a month since I placed my order, 3 shirts worth over £80 and still, I have not received a status update or shipping information talk less of tracking. I have also texted and rang the provided whatsapp number which is clearly a façade and there is no customer service process in place. I wish i read more of the reviews before spending that much money

I ordered 3 shirts and one of them it was right. One of them I ordered with personalization and I payed for it and I received without name and number. The other one I ordered a man city shirt with the name Haaland and it came a shirt of man united with the name Haaland that makes no sense!!!!

I placed an order on 08/5/2023, 4 months have passed and I still haven't received anything. I contacted the site via WhatsApp and every month they say there was a problem with shipping and they will send it again. They refuse to return the money.

My son ordered a couple of football tops on the 8th August. Shipping was expected to take 7-15 working days. It's now 6 weeks later and tracking hasn't updated. Not convinced he is going to get the items and any emails to support and on facebook have been ignored. Can't help but think this is a massive scam.
He's contacted the help desk and provided them with all the details of his order to be told they can't find an order from him. They have taken his money, no kit has arrived and are refusing to help. Beware!

So the company sent out faulty items and there mistake sending faulty shirts and messing up my order so they overcharged me, so the company made profit overcharging me when my order i asked for players numbers and names on the shirts and faulty shirt quality.

The company refused to give me a refund or an exchange, very bad customer service through there help line number via whats app, they said they would give me a £5 discount what i laughed about absolutely ridiculous customer service.

The best laugh like an hour later they got back to me saying there was nothing they can do and even the discount option couldn't be done massive joke.

The thing is i have written a review here before rating 5 stars as the shirts were good quality but this time around everything about this order was awful from them.

Horrendous customer service - can I give 0 stars?
Ordered 3 tops which arrived, however one of the tops did not have the name printed on the back which was clearly requested in the information.
They admitted fault but refused to replace the item.

They originally offered me a 10% refund back so essentially £1.80...
We then got up to $10, which means I'd need to pay extra to fix their mistake to get what I originally paid for??

The top also has defects, so again they won't replace a poor quality item.

They refuse to replace as "international shipping is expensive"

It's back and forth over WhatsApp, has been like this for 2 weeks and it's just so pointless, there is no interest to help or even apologise.

You pay cheap prices, but you get bad quality and bad customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Undersized, poor quality and design
All shirts I bough look horrendous and are not the size stated on there site they are to small and tight and made with a cheap material when compared to a real life version on the shirt which is obviously more higher quality has a better fit
Took over a week and multiple messages from two separate email accounts for them to get back to me and to send the shirts back your forced to pay shipping back which is expensive so there's no point in getting a refund especially when on there site they offer a partial refund but never got offered that, genuinely believe this is a scam site avoid at all costs

Have ordered around 8 jerseys, for friends, the kids. Never any issues. Top quality!! No updates for about 2 weeks till it gets to Europe but then you can track it to your door.

I just got the shirts and they are perfect.

Ordered 4 jerseys, one of each (home, away and third kit) with a custom jersey name and number in the mix. I was a bit sceptical because of a few terrible reviews online. There is some truth to the scepticism because the company gives you no updates whatsoever and the order just shows up after a month but they got the order perfect and that's what matters!

Was sent a shirt with damaged lettering and they wouldn't do anything about it. Their fault but expected me to send it back and expected me to foot the bill. Wouldn't send another shirt and all they offered me was a 10% discount off my next order. I spent over a week conversing with them but would they listen or change their stance? No. All they care about is money and not the customer. My advice: Better to buy from a more reputable seller.

My brother bought off this site after my poor experience with them, his shirts came and he has worn them twice and the lettering is all peeling off, poor quality after just a single use, as soon as it goes through a wash cycle no lettering will remain!

I ordered one football shirt but when it eventually arrived it was the wrong size, wrong name and number! Tried to contact their customer services but the email bounced back as undelivered

Ordered 2 jerseys got sent a pair of shoes tried reaching to them they said that they sent them but I still got nothing

Looked like a scam but decided to give it a try and was perfect. In about 2 weeks I received my kits and their quality and condition were just perfect, and price was by far the best one I've ever seen.

I ordered 2 shirts on the 4th of July, they have arrived on the 17th. Long wait but what do you expect when shipping from Asia, the quality of the shirts is good. They both arrived with the correct name on the back and sizing. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is the actual sizing itself is a bit off, I’m going to say for anyone that is thinking of ordering, go a size up as they do fit a bit tight. Other than that, you get what you pay for and it’s a great alternative to spending £100+ on an authentic shirt.

Placed an order for 2 shirts,didn't realise it was my old address stored on file,I contacted them immediately to give new address but they waited 2days to tell me that it was too late to change address and they have been shipped.I have no chance of getting them now.Does anyone know who their deliveries are done by,Royal Mail for example?

Nothing but praise for this company, Bought 4 shirts on 2 different occasions, both came within 15 days , tracking working as well , shirts excellent although size up 1 size , looks as if shirts are for Asian or far Eastern markets or perhaps just to keep costs down.
