Ordered 3 figures and only got 2. They did not notify me that one has been delayed before i asked about it. They have not answered my email what is the delivery time on last figure. Update 15.4 i got the answer from seller and all is good now.

I ordered some figurines from this company in January of 2026. They have not arrived. I emailed them and asked about my package in March and they did not reply. I checked my credit card and it was charged months ago.

Great store. The order was deliverd and before the ETA.

Ordered the Joytoy warhammer 40k Guilliman from this webshop for a great price and received it little after a week of ordering as I'm from Europe.

I was a little suspicious of the site due to the great pricing, but everything went smoothly. I received a tracking code after a few days of ordering and 7 days later I had the figure.

I even had some contact with their customer service and they helped me very quickly and were friendly.

I have been a fan of Warhammer 40K from the very beginning. I am particularly fond of the action figure series from JoyToy. From the beginning, the figures were amazingly well made and really exude the spirit of 40K. They got even better with the evolutionary stages and now have a level of detail that is unparalleled. I look forward to every new release like a little child and can't wait. I do have one request, though. The plasticizers in the plastic and the colors used give off too many chemicals. A chemical that is harmless to health would be desirable.

I love this toy series, I got the Ultra marines, Blood angels, a tau set and incoming a BattleCrisis Suit. These toys are what I always wanted in my toys when I was a boy. They Pose well.

My one feedback is find a creative way to preserve the foot posing on the heavy intercessor units. I like having the spits be an ability, not to strike that particular pose but you can have really good poses if you have a wide range.

To add to that, the wrist are somewhat weak. Solution slightly tug on the wrist til there is a lil friction. It can keep a pose pretty well then.

These toys rock and my only regret is I do not have more desk space to put them all. Joytoy did a great job with the WH 40K set.
