Absolutely gutted as brought slippers with crowns on for my besties’s birthday, as she loves her crowns! and did not read your reviews first what an idiot I am!! Obviously they have nit turned up and I cannot log on to track as apparently I have now entered the wrong info, really? I don’t think so! But of course they have taken the money, oh well the moral of that story is to check the reviews first as now I feel awful as my friend has no gift, gutted xxx

I have been dealing with this company for over a month have not received my product. This company has terrible customer service and I would not recommend there service to anyone. I ordered my product on Aprill 22, 2018 for the amount of 285.00. Still no merchandise and the only communication I have received is a response through messenger they had no problem taking my money off my card.

This company has a great photographer. The quality of clothing I received is very poor quality. Everything from exposed stitching to less than desirable fabrics. The sizes are not true and I still have not received my shoes some two weeks after my order arrived. I have sent them several emails but no one answers. I would like some answers.

This is a rip off! The shoes are not as pictured on the website. They are cheap looking and the material the shoes are constructed of is very cheap. I tried to get my money back and continue to get confusing emails, the hassle isn't worth the $40. I will just donate the shoes, but I want to worn everyone not to use this website!!!

Very cheap bought the gold Versace jumpsuit. Material is a thin poliester material. Nothing like picture. The waist is way to high. Does not come with belt but has belt loop. Bought red and white blouse with flat sleeves. Sleeves are not that big flare you see on picture. Material very thin. The store is worst thin wish clothing only more expensive. Didn’t want to give score period. Don’t shop this store takes a month to receive

I ordered 3 or 4 pairs of shoes from this company over a month ago. I sent an email after it was a month to be told I'm response it takes them 10 to 15 days to ship. However the next week 2 pairs of the shoes come, which were shipped from New Jersey n they looked cheap. So I emailed them again n told how I was dissatisfied n hoped that the others didn't look like that. I've now sent another email asking where my other shoes are. I will never refer this company. Its garbage. Please don't buy from them

It took me two weeks to get the shoes I ordered. Then when I got the shoes they where not the shoes that I ordered. I will never order from here again!

I ordered a dress on this site,after waiting for weeks ,no dress.i emailed and was told the dress sold out,sorry they have no delivery date in mind for my item.
I asked for a refund and was directed to go shop again.reported them to paypal..they took my funds and did not produce the item.rip offfffff.avoiid this site.

Service is horrible I’ve been waiting for a prom dress for about more than a week and it still has not been shipped from the warehouse and i might not even go to prom because the dress may not come in on time. And I’ve only gotten one response from the customer service.
