While the quality of products are good, the services of the delivery partner (Blue Dart) is deplorable. The company should ensure that the food items reaches the customer in time and in good condition. Blue Dart fails to deliver in time and the items are also damaged.
Overall, quality of food items are very good, but quality of after sales service needs further improvement.

Pathetic service ... the Patali was very average . Had ordered some cane baskets ... without informing they cancelled part order and the basket which came was lousy and was old, damaged and full with fungus !!! Never will I order again ... just not worth it !

Very bad the quality of the date plam syrup.

Product got damaged on shipment due to poor quality of packaging. Customer lost 60% cost value of product delivered. No compensation of damage has yet been initiated by Joynagar.com.

I have ordered few items like Moya, Patali etc. from Joynagar. Every item was delicious. Service was very prompt. Moreover in the initial packaging one item was missing. But as soon as I report about it over the telephone they have sent the replacement very quickly. I am very happy with the quality of the product as well as their customer service.

The Patali Gur was way below par and standards expected after paying so much. It needs to be understood that when cost is so high then the quality also should also be quite high. Otherwise it makes no sense that we order at Joynagar. I get similar substandard product in Banglore also but at much lesser cost. If you wish that i am a repeat customer and also recommend Joynagar Ptali Gur to my friends and contacts both at Bangalore and Dehradun, product standards need to be set higher without any room for chaeting on quality.

Quality of products is amazing. Packing need improvements for international shipping. Accuracy for order also need attention but overall quality and taste is key and we love it.

Please try to resolve the issue with payment from outside India. The Paypal or other credit card should work anywhere from world. Otherwise your service is really good and shipment was really fast. Keep up the good work.

Gur was booked for the round type but slab type was sent.Quality of Nolen Gur is also not upto the mark.Also inspite of repeated calls to provided mobile number,nobody picks up the mobile.
Reply by email is better.
Rest products like Baskati rice,Moya is of good quality.

Last order received in completely damaged and rotten condition.
