I ordered 4 ornaments for Christmas

I ordered 4 ornaments for Christmas on December 7, 2025. They were delivered after Christmas, December 27, and 2 of them had fallen apart and 2 looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. I contacted customer service and was told I could use a glue stick to reattach what had fallen off, and that the picture I sent was in fact what the other ornament looked like. The picture shows the ornament is 3d but the reality is it is just flat. Very disappointing. Avoid this website at all costs. They are not a US company it ships from over seas.

would give 0 stars if i could. can't believe I didn't read the reviews for this company before purchasing. I ALWAYS do that! Expensive Lesson learned. Ordered three bracelets as gifts for friends. Spent almost $60. Item looks like kids craft. Not at all what I was expecting. Seems that the product shipped from CA, but in order to return, it must be sent back to China, which would cost about $50. Total scam!!!
STAY AWAY.

I placed the order and waiting for more…

I placed the order and waiting for more than a month for the delivery. When I finally received the frame, the name I had specifically requested was incorrect. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately, I was unable to gift it to her because the name did not match what I had ordered. I have already sent more than 3 emails regarding the issue, but no one has responded and it seems that the problem will not be resolved. This has been a very disappointing experience.

They steal images from actual sellers

I have an Etsy shop where I sell sea glass art. I was sent a very angry message from someone who thought they were buying from my "other" website. I do not have another website. Turns out they ordered from joufulfeel.com, eventually they received something that looked like a 4 year old made it. This site, joyfulfeel.com, stole images from my Etsy shop, along with my description (minus the part that says not to copy) and posted it onto their website, making all the false promises about the work. It really disheartening to see them take not just my images, but the images of countless other artists. Who knows what else on that site is a scam. You'll get something, maybe, eventually - but from my experience, it won't be anything like the picture in the listing.

Don’t trust them

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! Received a broken piece after a month waiting, and then it took over a month to finalize half of my refund. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this company a 0 I…

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I ordered a ring from them and it took forever to arrive then come to see it's the wrong size. I contacted them about a return like it said do and they want you to jump through hoops sending all this information to them just for them to keep you waiting so it's after the return period. Then they want to offer you a % which is only around $4 after you have paid almost $20 for the item and shipping and then tell you the shipping is costly which is true. It's almost as much as I paid for the stupid item that I can't wear. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND I ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO EITHER!!!!

Would rate 0 star if I could.
First order they sent wrong sizes and only offered 40% refund unless I would pay for return in costly registered shipment.
Tried to reorder and thisntime they sent wrong items in wrong size too.
And they are not refunding.
Worst service. THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES

Scammers

Scammers!
Ordered and paid in July, they email you an order confirmation but did not send item.
Emailed them after 2 weeks to check, they reply you no stock, unable to ship, cancelled my order and will refund with 15 business days.
Refund did not come in after 15 days when checked, email them again, they reply saying boss not around so unable to process.
until now 8th October 2018, they are still saying the same thing, no stock, unable to ship item, boss not around so unable to process refund.
Scammers!

Complete scam

Complete scam, they emailed me around 15 times saying my phone number was missing, the couldn't find my order, a refund has been requested, my order has been found and will be shipped soon etc etc i replied every time with the info! This is clearly a delay tactic, i placed an order mid July, they took the money but still have not shipped the goods!
