No customer service & overpriced
After not supplying the correct merchandise, they did not answer the phone (ever) and did not answer emails sent. Do not bother with them. I am waiting for a refund.

Overpriced, slow shipping, no help
Purchased 2 lbs of rice for 4x the typical price and then it took 4x the time it was supposed to to arrive. After finding a local substitute, I requested a refund and return label to return the item when it arrived. I was rudely refused and all issues were blamed on the postal system.

Purchased what I THOUGHT was a 10 pack…
Purchased what I THOUGHT was a 10 pack of 3 x 1/4oz yeast packets for $15.00, they shipped a SINGLE 3 x 1/4oz pack worth about $1.30 at the local food store. A couple of tablespoons of yeast for $15
I've contacted them to correct this, and will update my review if they decide to respond and make this right. In either case, I will update this review to let everyone know the outcome and actions they chose to take.
