It's almost impossible to run a project here. The servers go down multiple times a day, sometimes without any warning. They don’t even give a proper explanation for the downtime. Really disappointing`

they scammed me of refund, my hard earned money, they scammed me 2500rs, I thought there service is better than others but joy.services offers 100% downtime and has worst internet speed... atleast others hostings are better than this

Complete scam. They promise you the world, but the moment you try to get your refund, they twist everything around. Classic fraudulent behavior—misleading info, shady tactics, and zero accountability. If you value your time and money, stay far away. The refund process alone is a giant red flag from start to finish.

They had many issues with uptime, and the support system consistently provided delayed responses, which caused my client to lose trust in us. and, the support team has not been responding on time.

We reached out to Joy Services for colocation of our Servers in India (Delhi). While we did encounter some initial problems regarding network firewall problems, it was fixed in a short time and the staff (mostly Dinesh & Chandraprakash) helped us a lot in configuration as well. Till date, there has been no downtime.

Would recommend them. There are rumors about them having hijacked ASN etc but from my experience, they are nothing but lies.

Akamei premium and amozon traffics that could not come from DECIX we got bilateral peeing with JOY Services and got akamei and amazon traffics free of cost. And other IX cost akamei premium traffice Rs20/mb. Joy Services gives it free of cost..Thank you Joy Services for a good done to our network.
