I ordered a purple plush elephant but received a gray one. The phone # on the site just rings. I sent an email & received a reply at 3AM asking me to submit a summary of my issue, photos of the shipping label, photos of the item and a video. Despite doing that, I received a reply that they determined no mistake was made and offered me a coupon for a future order.
Do not trust or use this website/ store.
Sent a total of 6 emails to them regarding an order and they have not responded.
Possibly a scam, I have notified my bank.
