Unacceptable Customer Experience
Over a month ago, I spent €1000 on two computers that turned out to be defective: one had a locked Windows system from the previous owner that I couldn’t remove, and the other had no operating system installed and wouldn’t allow me to install one. When I contacted the vendor for help, they promised to send return labels, but after multiple emails, I received no response or labels. Only after I left a public review did they finally send the labels and agree to refund my money. I returned the computers the very next day and followed up via WhatsApp once I saw they had arrived. Now, they are ignoring my whatssap messages and haven’t even confirmed reception of the returned items. This has been a horrible customer experience.
