I bought Office 2019 and Windows 10. As soon as I paid, they sent the code immediately Thank you for nice service. Absolutely safe site, I recommend.

Bought office 2019 pro plus. I could not install it first as I had previous office on my computer. I downloaded a software from Microsoft to uninstall everything Office related. After this I could successfully install office 2019. Unfortunately the provided key didn’t work. I got the failure message that this product cannot activated in my region and I have to contact customer service. I contacted thus Jouw Office and they answered in less than 24 hours. They advised to activate by phone. This did not work either automatically. Finally contact with Microsoft customer service solved the problem. In the end I got what I asked for despite of a little inconvenience. Nevertheless I see that many people have similar problems. This is not o.k. I don’t know whose fault is this but if you buy a product the key should always work!!!

1st experience.
I never heard about this site I found it browsing Internet and decided to "take the risk". I appreciated to pay with Bancontact, a safe payment method and less than an hour later I was sending mails with my brand new Office 2019 Pro fully activated. With this site you directly get your key after you paid, I really enjoy this.

2nd experience
For an old computer, I purchased the same but the key wasn't accepted even by accurately following the instructions, deleting and reinstalling the program several times. I contacted the site who recommended me to proveed the activation via the phone and this did work. Surprising! I usually evaluate a supplier as things are going wrong... what support does he provide you? I lost a day but I got what I purchased, so I'm satisfied.

I already recommended this site to my relatives and will continue to do so.

Edit: After contacting Roy he sent me a new activation code and it worked! Good customer service too!

I bought a key this morning and after following all the steps I could not activate my key online or by phone. After being called by Microsoft, they asked me the activation numbers and after 2 minutes they told me that all users under that key are exhausted, therefore the key is not valid anymore. I forgot to mention that I never received the key in my e-mail, I saw the key in the web browser after my payment, but never received any key or e-mail from this company.

I contacted Jouw Office and a guy named Roy simply replied like If I was not following the steps correctly or something like that. He told me to remove all my office apps and reinstall them again and send him a few screenshots along the process showing him that actually I followed the steps and use the key they provided, I am still waiting for his response...

Edit: after my previous one star review I was contacted by the seller and sent an email with a code which I had to get authorized over the phone which seems to have worked. So all is well.

You may need to activate the office license by phone, but is not complicate following the sms option.

Activated License Only by Telephone, not Online (Internet) as indicate in the web site.
Be careful.

It just works! I had to activate Office via the phone number provided by Microsoft during the activation process, but it worked!
