The editor, especially Ms. Ruma Bag, has been incredibly responsive, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire process. From submission to publication, the team maintained clear and timely communication, which made the experience smooth and efficient. The peer review process was thorough, and I was very impressed with the quick turnaround time.
Additionally, the publication costs are very affordable, making it accessible for many researchers. I am truly grateful for the professionalism and commitment the journal has shown.
