just receives money and doesnt sent gift cards they say contact through whatsapp/email/instagram dm but when you do they just ignore you

Poor service

Customer service is very poor and i bought an item over 24hrs it has not been delivered

So they reply review but can not reply email and contact platform on whatsapp ?

Still have not gotten my purchase item

Updating this for the third i got my purchased thanks to TrustPilot

Jour-cards are scammers

I order an American Express card and I never received the card. They don't respond to my emails. They stole my money. They are scammers.

I’ve bought several cards from you guys over a period of 6 months now. I bought a $50 Mastercard yesterday also and I must say you guys are the best. I’ve also referred a friend .

I bought a master card for $25 and I’ve marked I make payment my card has not been sent to me it’s more than 4hours and the customer service is not even responding to my email… Am I been scammed by jour cards ??? It’s not my first time buying why now scamming scamming post I’ve been seeing….

Got an email with my card info after 3 days though it has never happened this way before… I was sent an email stating an update in the office…. Got my card though thanks
