Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, after Jotex delivered a wrong item, I emailed and called them but nearly a week after I'm still waiting for the response. Also, Jotex sends individual orders in multiply separate packages at different time and date, so it creates a lot of running around to pick up point.

Product came two days later than…
Product came two days later than scheduled and the delivery times on the Postnord app were outdated and I got incorrect information and waited all evening for a delivery that didn't come until the next day. Then I received the product and there is black and green mold over about half of the top surface of the sitpuff and old water damage. The black and green mold can be scraped off as a powder but the black stain remains and I'm allergic to mold so I don't dare try to clean it, and it says professional cleaning only.

A return handling currently takes 2-3 weeks with us and after that you will receive a notification that the return has been handled.
The refund will be made after that within 3-5 bankdays to the same card that you used for your order.
