Look from aside very beautiful but in closer look there are some problems like the shoe rack is wobbly. The top of wooden shelf is very poorly processed, which scratches the hands.

The wine rack is nice and stable. The vertical middle section holds fatter bottles and the other two sections can only hold regular size bottles.

Don’t waste your time
Or money here. Things didn’t arrive, had no Idea they had no intention of not fulfilling this order until I got a refund notification on the items that I never even knew weren’t going to arrive, nearly a month after I ordered. Also returned a substantial amount of goods back and to is was equally stressful; no notification for three weeks of received returns and even then they were inaccurately processed and I had to spend time sorting this out which I would rather not. All in all a bad experience and would never shop here again

very disappointed
very disappointed! one item was available in website I bought it and after some days all of the sudden it was not available in stock and they returned my money. But the worst part was the shipping!!!! very very very late. I haven't recieved it yet! almost 2 weeks! gonna wait for 3 days if not recieved im gonna demand a refund! I will never buy from jotex nl anymore. Not gonna recommend it to anyone. The worst christmas shopping experience ever!

Different colors of an identical product
I have ordered 2 bathroom mats which are identical. Arrived mats were not in identical colors. I needed to return them back even I liked the size & quality since I need to use them next to each other in the same room. Also the delivery time was 1 week which was not clear at the time of ordering.

Nice, Durable Bar Stools
We order a set of two bar stools. They took a while for delivery because they are shipped from Sweden (the only reason we didn't give 5 stars), but they are very attractive and feel quite solid. Given that we have a toddler, we think these are the perfect balance between durability and design.
