My order came with many small defects. I sent Jotex images via their complaint page. Their customer service reembursed me the amount without any discussion. And aloowed me to rebuy the product with the sale discount (first timer discount) I bouht the first one. It was the best customer service I've experience when shopping online. Well done.

Worst customer service ever
I have bought many products from Jotex of good quality. Now I ordered a large rug - with poort quality, ofcourse I want to return it and get a full refund. There is no way to contact Jotex. Submitted forma are not reacted to, even called the number of HQ - no luck. We are now 2 months further. Very dissatisfied. Please contact me, pick up the rug and refund me my money.
