Expensive for the quality of the product. Also the price is misleading, because they add a handling fee of more than 30 euros. I would rather have this included in the price beforehand for transparency.
Also, there is no option to save favourites on the website, so you have to go through all options again to find the items you are interested in

I had to wait more than 1 month and…
I had to wait more than 1 month and still counting, to receive my package and for the day of delivery I have to wait the entire day at home. I will never use jotex again

The design of the candelholder is awesome, the white surface is rather glossy (seemed matt on the website) but that's a plus for me.

Order never recieved- please reply and refund me
I have made an order online during black Friday. The package was supposed to be send 3-6 days from order. Only after more than a week I got a notice that the package is delivered to spati which accepts DHL packages, though i asked for it to be delivered home. Nevertheless I went to the shop on 26Th December but the package was not there and the store manager they never received it- the DHL update is not corresponding and i was charged for the good and never got them. Moreover, I have written two emails to customer service, asking for refund explaining the issue, but did not get reply. In the past i had very positive experience with Jotex, so really surprised the service now is disappointing. Please get back to me ASAP

Such a confusing experience
Such a confusing experience. The items were shipped separately. When they arrived, the carpet was folded instead of rolled, and the decoration piece was wrapped in unnecessary plastic packaging.
The return label inside the carpet package was in Swedish although I live in Germany.
Refunds on returns are taxed so buying from them already loses you money. And the communication from the delivery service came in Polish (???!!)
Never again.
