Total scam
Total scam. Purchased an expensive product, got a shipment email but the tracking says it has not been shipped for a long time. Customer service sent a generic reply saying to contact the delivery company, and the delivery company says to contact Josie Maran customer service. Trying to ask for a refund and of course no luck!
