Five months ago I purchased two watches…

Five months ago I purchased two watches from this store.
I waited 7 weeks for delivery. In the end, I did not accept the shipment and officially refused it, so the parcel was returned to the seller.

To this day, I have not received my refund.

The seller refused to return the money without providing any clear reason. Because of this, I had to start a Visa chargeback procedure through my bank. Unfortunately, even during the chargeback process, the seller is still trying to avoid issuing the refund.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against shopping at this store. The lack of transparency, delays, and refusal to return funds after a returned order are unacceptable.

Do not use this company or any associated with this man.

We ordered wedding rings and Shaun Peter Bell commissioned the wrong design. The rings arrived after 8 weeks when we had been told 4.
That was the least of our worries.
The rings that arrived were not the ones we had ordered.
There isn't enough room here to describe how unhelpful, condescending, threatening and and vile this man is.
He wouldnt admit fault, but told us to return the rings.
He ceased all contact and sent no refund. £2080 had gone from our accounts and we had less than 2 weeks until our wedding!
Paypal and M &S bank have now refunded our money and are chasing him. Do not use this man.
Yes he may have some good reviews, but if he can do this to us, he can and will do it to you.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered rings and paid additional for engravings, but the rings arrived without engravings. I have contacted the company MANY times to ask for a refund for the engravings, but they have now stopped replying. Terrible customer service, they just want to take your money and then forget about you.

Address on website false, not in any way associated with brand.

We went to the address mentioned on the website hoping to walk into store, we met the building manager outside who had never heard of them and was rather frustrated at the fact they had associated themselves with the building, whilst having no link. They are clearly a fraudulent company who need to be brought to justice.

Bought a platinum ring which I received…

Bought a platinum ring which I received in April, I noticed ring was starting to tarnish which makes me think it’s not 100% platinum.
I have tried calling company with no luck, I also tried to WhatsApp and instagram- no luck.
I then found out they had went into administration. Absolutely raging as I believe my ring is not 100% platinum and that they have used a cheaper metal or mixed the platinum with another one. What a way to treat customers!!

Ordered our wedding bands

Ordered our wedding bands, communication has been awful. I had to exchange my partners ring and since then, they have aired my WhatsApp messages asking for a simple update on when the ring will be delivered. My wedding is in 30 days. They have ignored phone calls, emails and WhatsApp

Unfortunately, terrible service

Gold wedding ring bought and paid for online, still not delivered 8 weeks later. I have had to do all the chasing, zero updates from the seller unless in response to my messages and I’ve been consistently informed that delivery is coming. Terrible customer service and now left with no choice but to escalate via PayPal for a refund.

I ordered a wedding ring online on the…

I ordered a wedding ring online on the 18th August, received an email saying it was ordered , will be custom made and I would receive the ring within a maximum of 21 days,
On Sunday I received an email cancelling my order , then another one saying the company was going into administration, then to claim back my money from my credit card provider, what an absolute disgrace of a company, no one should buy from them, ever!

Ordered wedding rings over 6 weeks ago, was emailed yesterday saying they are cancelled and we have to go through the bank to get our refund !!!!! Absolute joke and should be ashamed of themselves ! Disgusting !!!! Promised 14-21 days so should have arrived way before having received an email saying they are cancelled. Vile shop !!!!!

2 x cancelled appointments within 90 minutes of the appointment.

No response to messages following this.

Ordered online and order is cancelled.
No straight forward refund protocol, asking for customers to go via their own bank.

Horrendous experience.

Pretty much like the other reviews in that I ordered wedding rings over 5 weeks ago but they were never delivered and we had to pay out for them with another jewellers.
I’m awaiting response to me cancelling the order.

Update! It appears they are no longer trading.

Rubbish people, after going bust

I ordered a platinum ring on the 2nd of August. I should've received it latest 2 weeks ago, they told me it out for hallmarking. Today I received an email that the company stopped trading.

I made 2 payments out of the 3 (pay in 3, though PayPal) and they did not have the fairness to refund, but I have to claim it though PayPal.

I understand the company closed down but they should've been correct enough to refund the payments they received.

Wedding band ordered over 40 days ago and nothing

I ordered a wedding band on the 26th July that was meant to take 14-21 working days to deliver. But as yet I have seen nothing (5th Sep 25).
They responded to a WhatsApp on 22nd August saying it was due for hallmarking and delivery in the next week. Since then there has been no communication despite calling and messaging several times.
It is my wedding next weekend so I've had to order a backup ring from somewhere else, and I'm over £1000 out of pocket.
I'm leaving this review partially in the hope someone from Joshua James will see it and send me my ring.

Set up an appointment online to view engagement rings, not only did the concierge of the building not appear to be aware of the company name, but after emailing and waiting in the lobby for over 20 mins no one came and no email back… terrible experience and wasted time

Great experience from start to finish, met Shaun at Castlefields, chose rings, then changed our minds!!! Shaun was really helpful and patient and gave great advice. Ordered the weddings rings, got a great deal and they were delivered exactly as agreed. 5* service.
