An Unacceptable and Unprofessional Solicitors

One star is too kind, what a nightmare I’ve lived over the past nine months with this company, nothing got done except take my money, and a waste of my time, Kelly Parsons did not help me, another secretary told me that Kelly is just a secretary, and not a qualified solicitor. What’s this about :[
The secretaries themselves are rude and need an attitude adjustment, telephone protocol is amiss with them.
I had to get my local Councillor involved to get my money returned as no service was rendered.
I will not and cannot recommend this company or firm.
