They also advertise as “Maria and…

They also advertise as “Maria and Spencer” claiming to be in California….SCAM
They are located in China…here is the return address they provided me after I received items that I ordered 2 months prior that had zero resemblance of what I ordered…

claimed to be a Canadian brick and…

They claimed to be a Canadian brick and mortar selling quality products. The reviews online were all positive. They even had a store location listed (fake).

Now that I received the items, over 3 weeks later, they are from china, the website is down and redirects to Maria Spencer. They are offering a 20% refund on the items I received which are not even close to what was depicted in the description and the item images on the website.

BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered a "Water-proof, Wind-proof, Winter Jacket"...took over three weeks to arrive and received a sweatshirt, and a poor quality one at that. I will have to pay for return shipping to send it back, or they offered me a 30% discount to keep the item. Either way, the sweater is not worth $10, let alone $60!! Not Canadian as the website would have you believe - came from China.

SCAM

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I would have given a "0" Star if possible. What they advertised and what I ordered was not delivered. Very cheaply made, has stains on the items, and very ugly!! Products came from China. Was lead to believe that it was a Canadian Company - Toronto!

Scam site! With fake Trust Pilot reviews!

Scam site!! Buyer beware. Seller is using stolen pics of items. They are now going by the name “Maria & Spencer” supposedly based in LA now (from Toronto to California that fast??) now using a stock photo of an elderly couple saying it’s a “father-daughter business”. It’d be funny if it weren’t so sad.

Seller will try to offer you to keep the item and provide a 15% to 30% refund, and even the audacity to offer 50% off “next purchase” (ha!!) saying returning to Asia (at your cost) is not environmentally friendly.

This is a typical bait and switch scam and they will probably change their name a million times to get more unlucky buyers. Stay away from this one.

Made in China, customer pay returns to Asia warehouse. Avoid!!

Made in China, customer service is an email only, returns are customer paid to warehouse in Asia. Sizes vary wildly, ordered two jackets in size Medium. One is size Small or Extra Small, the other is almost Large. Tracking is almost non-existent, order took well over 3 weeks. Website changes names from “Jordan-Toronto” to “Maria & Spencer California”. “Winter proof” jacket is very thin polar fleece, not impressive.
Very scammy online seller!

I was led to believe this was a toronto…

I was led to believe this was a toronto based company, but my order came straight from China. I was sold a jacket, but a sweatshirt arrived. No liner. Definitely not a jacket.
I thought I was being careful by checking out their website and reading all their great Trustpilot reviews, but I’ve since found out those are fake. Very disappointed, I will not buy through an Instagram ad again.

Jordan Toronto is a Chinese scam--do not buy

Jordan Toronto is a Chinese scam--there is no address in Canada. The company misleads the consumer and fraudulently misadvertizes products "Waterproof windproof winter jacket" that simply aren't what they deliver (Evelyn is a jacket from regular sweatshirt fleece). this is against Canadian law. When you complain, Toronto Jordan refuses to refund the purchase price for an item they but offer you 15% off your NEXT purchase, and if you don't want that, 30% off your next purchase--so it's a scam to get you to buy more junk. They also claim to have 3000 positive reviews on trust pilot--also a lie since this search brought up 0 reviews.
