The diapers, pads and wipes are the best I have yet encountered for my daughter.
Pampers, Rascals, Hips etc all can't compare to Joone.
Joone products are especially well made, produced in france and sustainable while beeing the best diapers available.

It was not as good as I imagined. The diaper itself is very tick so I wouldnt continue using it.
Too bad there is no 0 star availability.
It could even be the best product on the market, but unless there is a good customer experience, the value drops drastically.
I have ordered one of their products reading that the delivery would be within 3 working day. Now, I understand that there might be delays, but all I am asking is to let me know, or better, at least answer my messages.
I sent 4 offline requests on their messaging service through their website, 2 requests during the time when the website announces there should be online operators, and 2 email, asking to know where my order is.
But no contact whatsoever. At this point I don’t even want the product anymore, because as I said, even if it’s the best product in the world, for me just lost all its prestige and thanks to an unmanaged website just became worthless.

We loved the diaper especially the design. They are comfortable for the baby as well.
Put the first diaper on and within 15 minutes my son peed and the pee ran right out of the diaper. There was a small puddle of pee right next to him. Like. How?
