I cannot recommend Joom due to substandard products and shoddy customer service. I bought an item that did not match the advertised description at all and despite this, I was questioned as a customer by Joom customer service and they refused to pay for the return or make a refund. Disgraceful! DO NOT buy from Joom is my clear advice.

Size .... 5 xl is more like a 2-3xl and 6 xl is more like a 4xl at a push . loads of hoops to jump through to return Items , More photos ? to show what ? or return at my cost because they sized them wrong ... would not recommend to anyone , wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered ... Any good reviews are clearly done by someone within this company ..

Ordered shoes and was given a window of a 1-2 week delivery. Within 1.5 weeks I was notified it had been handed to PostNL. Had zero updates since then, have been chasing customer service with no luck.

Finally they responded and said delivery time was 65 days..... and I couldn't claim a refund before then as they may arrive. Of course, they didn't arrive. AWFUL customer service. Clearly a dodgy Dropship / Cashflow Scam.

8 day response time on their help centre.

Now have to wait another two weeks for a refund. Meaning they held my money for 12 weeks and delivered no product.

I ordered something simple from this website the 17th of April, I thought the website looked legit and good. The estimated delivery was 25th of April, and keeps changing everyday so I can never reach the day of the estimated delivery, and it’s been almost 3 weeks and still the package hasn’t even been shipped from the country china or whatever country it is. Very bad website not a serious website, just order from Temu or aliexpress way better options at least you will get what you ordered.

This is a piece of shit scam company that simply exists to scam you out of your money, they deliver the wrong products in VERY long time frames, they offer ZERO support because it’s part of their scam to make you regret and forget about it and their refund policies are specifically designed to drive you in loops and make you give up, these are pathetic Chinese scammers, if you listen to any review about this shitty company, let it be this one.

I purchased a pack of four fridge filters from Joom SIA. The delivery was weeks late and the package contained only one filter. Joom accepted that they were at fault but did not reimburse me as promised.

I've only just started ..to be fair, I have know idea yet ? ...Hopefully the app will better than some, and something to give cred to in the future?!!!.

I placed an order 20 days ago and the shipping status has not changed (it says it has shipped but the shipping company has not received the package). Impossible to get an answer from Joom customer service on this. Seems to be a scam. I will never use this website again and advise others to do the same.

Returning is an adventure on its own! Address in HK with tracking costing as much as the item itself. DO NOT GET SCAMMED and RUN AWAY from this shop.

honestly, the biggest joke of the century. I ordered a hair product, and while the reviews for this site were shit, I somehow still decided to go for it.
I received a package from them today containing nothing but an empty box, with an odd object inside.

I just emailed them for a refund, but I am not expecting much tbh. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered 60 mask from them ,20 was fine but other 40 Nature republic mask 14 was expired and rest was about to expire in 2 months time . Very disappointed and it’s too much hassle to send it back as well as it was send all the way from Korea.

Bought a scalibur dog collar for parasites and ticks
My dog has had 5 ticks with the new collar ,I noticed there was no powder thats normally accompanying the collar in its packet
