We purchased the Joolca Hottap so that we could bath our dogs in warm water outside instead of in a cramped shower. The Joolca Hottap is so easy to use and setup. It doesn’t take a PHD to put together and use. Love it and would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve enjoyed using Joolca’s products for a while now. They’re reliable, and easy to use. Recently, I had to upgrade/update some components for my Joolca portable shower and contacted their customer support for advice. Their reply was very quick and informative and the required parts were sent to me within 4 days. I encountered an issue fitting one of the gas fittings and Joolca’s customer support responded immediately and my issue was fixed quickly. Their customer support is second to none and I really enjoy our portable shower. I can’t recommend this company or their products highly enough.

I found the Joocla products to be quality. The design is thoughtful for customer usage. I have no doubt the equipment is durable and will last for a long time and that makes it great value for money.

We ordered the Compost Gotta Go portable toilet.
And although we haven’t used it yet the quality of this toilet is superb. It is also Australian made. The components of the toilet are secure and tight so it ensures smells and leaks do not escape the units. It is high enough so that you don’t squat too low. The plastics are very strong. The only thing is the toilet stick thing falls of the inner lid but this is no big deal as once in use it will hang on the side clips. Now we will wait for the accessory to screw it into our caravan floor to replace our chemical toilet. This is still in the design stage .

Where do l start. We had an issue with a Hottap water heater which is out of warranty. This company is unbelievable in the way they go out of their way to help. From replying to an email on a Sunday, trying to solve the issue with instructions by email and video, and resolving it. The absolute best, highly recommend Joolca.

I was apprehensive and sought information through emails from the company. They were quick to respond and I found they regarded every, sometimes trivial, question as reasonable.
I was told my Gottago probably wouldn't arrive before my planned trip. They also advised I could change my delivery address even to a Post Office for pickup on my travels. I went ahead and ordered on that basis. Not a company that makes promises they can't keep just to get a sale.
It arrived a month earlier than expected. Efficiently delivered. I have had follow up emails asking if my concerns have been answered which I have found supportive.

The metal clamps are stiff and hard to open, however my ten year old granddaughter found doing one end and then the other works well.
I also learnt to sit up straight to do a wee works best. I haven't used the back bucket yet but love that I don't have to carry a wee bucket separately with me now.
Love that the loo looks like a seat and can be used as one as the lid is so solid. I was going to change the #2 pull out handle to the other side but as it's a composting/bag one I only had to turn the bucket around. I can if need be use it as an overflow #1 recepticle.
I found it easy to empty #1 bucket, wasn't as embarrassing as the tall white bucket I was using. I also don't have to carry the heavy weight of the portaloo. There is no top container full of flushing water which on occasion has fallen over if not strapped in.

This is a high quality product and I am happy to endorse it on my camping FB pages.

Initially I ordered the incorrect GottGo toilet, when I realised I contacted staff. I was really surprised at the rapid response which was out of office hours. After number of interactions this was corrected and soon after I had received the correct toilet. Staff were prompt , polite and and pleasant.
Regarding the GottaGo chemical toilet, I am very impressed with the build quality and the ingenuity. I would say this is the best portable camp toilet available in Australia.

We purchased the Joolca HotTap in 2018 to use in our outdoor bathroom at our shack we lived in while we built our off grid home in Southern Tasmania. As usual the home took 6.5 years to complete. Me, my wife and 7 kids used it to shower every day for the last 6 and a half years. 9 showers a day for that time is over 21000 showers and it’s still going strong. The HotTap has over delivered and it’s rare to find a product that just works. Well done and thank you Joolca for a premium product. Highly recommend

A very quick response and a quick outcome. I tend to reach out to your team every now and then and always get a great answer. If only more companies could be more like you the world would be a better place. Keep up the good work.

I thought the customer service was exceptional and so speedy. They were communicating at 11.00pm at night! Joolca were so helpful and offered lots of suggestions to resolve the issue including replacements although well out of warranty.

Have the joolca hottap and the pump kit and both have been fantastic for the past 2 years. I then had an issue with the pump just out of warranty and joolca staff went out of the way to help me out to get everything working again. Highly recommend this company!

I ordered ensuite shower tent , arrived quickly, on unpacking noticed small tear in fabric, emailed pic to Joolca support response time 15 minutes with 3 different resolutions and problem solved. No arguing no waiting a week no sending back.
A refreshing attitude to customer service in this day and age, well done

Joolca Service and support is fantastic. I ordered a triple ensuite and a rain fly which was shipped as 2 boxes. The courier only delivered 1 box. I called Joolca and it was. O problems for them, they said they would make some inquiries and track down the second parcel. Within a few days the fly had arrived. I love dealing with Joolca.
PS I have put up the triple ensuite and it looks amazing. So easy to put up and so much space inside.

I cannot fault JOOLCA in their attention to my recent claim for a pesky pump fault…….handled promptly and with undisputed concern……almost a pleasure in having a claim. Go well JOOLCA.

Had an issue with the pump part of the Joolca hot water system. It was out of warranty, but had not a great deal of use. Sent Joolca an email explaining the situation. Immediate reply with some fault finding fixes, didnt work, sent them a video of pump running but not pumping. They arranged new pump to be sent out free of charge. Problem sorted. Hard to fault that kind of service or backing of their product. Easy to contact company, immediate replies.

The GoPro (composting toilet) arrived in time for Christmas. Who wouldn't like to receive a throne for a Christmas present?
