I had a problem with a shipment and the problem was taken care of with ine e-mail and in less than 24 hours.
That is excellent customer service.

I absolutely adore the Jones Road products I first purchased a few months ago, so much so that I reordered the What The Foundation as well as another Miracle Balm (new colour) and a Makeup Travel Kit. I recommended the WTF & balms to a girlfriend of mine who (after trying mine and purchasing as well) has also become a Jones Road fan. The WTF goes on like a face cream and is so comfortable to wear (not heavy) and the colour I chose matched my skin tone perfectly. The Miracle Balms leave a lovely glow to my complexion even without any foundation (or WTF). Very satisfied customer. Unfortunately not yet available in Italy where I live, otherwise I would have purchased ages ago rather than relying on the colours&tints shown online. Thank you Jones Road.

I've loved most of the products I've bought from Jones Road, but this time I must say that I'm disappointed. The Brow Pencil did not live up to expectations and, for me, it's no better than any of the much cheaper brow pencils available from reputable cosmetic companies.

At first, the color wasn't right. They helped me pick a new one and sent it right off!

This foundation is completely different. It goes on smoothly, feels lightweight, and actually makes my skin look better instead of emphasizing wrinkles. It gives a natural, healthy glow without feeling heavy or dry.

I’ve tried just about everything out there, and nothing has compared to this. It’s so refreshing to finally find a product that works with my skin instead of against it.

I like their “what the foundation” and gave pencils but the gel liner and eye pencils are dry and hard to use.

Jones Road is an excellent company! I am obsessed with their eyeliner. Have tried many products and some weren’t for me. The customer service was amazing and so helpful. Gave me a refund no questions asked. I highly recommend them. Clean, affordable makeup.

I've been a Jones Road customer since the beginning, and what keeps me coming back isn't just the products (though that Miracle Balm and What The Foundation are staples in my routine to name a few), it's the ethos behind the brand. Bobbi Brown built something that makes women like me (55, a single mom, a CEO, feel seen rather than marketed to. I own her book, I've taken her MasterClass, and I genuinely trust her philosophy that beauty starts with showing up as yourself.

I recently applied for their open casting call and wasn't selected (out of over 2,000 applicants!). I wrote back to share what the brand means to me, and Stacey responded with such warmth and genuine care. They didn't have to do that. The fact that they took the time to personally acknowledge my story says everything about who this company is.
This is a brand that actually means it when they say their community matters. Five stars for the products, the people, and the way they make you feel. xoxo

Miracle Balm. 50g

It’s just a slightly greasy blusher that you can use in your lips too. It’s not an all over your face product. Nothing special. Certainly no miracle. Pot is far too large too.

My WTF arrived earlier than expected, and I love the feel of the sheer coversge.
However, the shade has red undertones, and my skin has more yellow undertones.

I am a 78 year old former dancer, dance teacher and now budding actress. I have to do my auditions at home in my make-shift studio. My make up is very important to my look and Jones Road Beauty has given me the confidence to pursue. Thank you Jones Road!!

I have placed three large orders from Jones Road. Large because I wanted the free shipping, all the way to Australia. I have loved all the products except two in the last order. I initiated a return, in the portal, for a store credit. I have now been waiting for that credit for nearly two weeks.
More frustratingly though I have been emailing their only customer service email address, and they have NEVER replied. Not once.
They are constantly emailing me about new product releases but never provide any customer service.

I also notice that they do not have any comments on any of their social media, which I think is quite telling.

Such a shame because I was a very loyal customer excited by new products.

It was great. Until it wasn't. Discovered Jonesboro beauty due to their massive marketing campaign. Had a great experience at the onset. Was able to try different products and return process was so straightforward. And then all of a sudden… It was not. Around the holiday., Their customer service literally stopped responding. There's no rate to reach a human. And don't bother trying to reach out with a question because if you ever get an answer, and then you have a follow up question, radio silent. I was given a site credit literally back in December but never received an email and for whatever idiotic reason they don't just add the credit to your account so you can easily use it. It dragged on endlessly and they would send these generic responses to my inquiry about how sorry they are and they're happy to help… Let them know what product I want and they will send me a link for payment. So I immediately respond and then… Nothing. I've now gone through this twice. So imagine this. This started back in December and here we are in late March and I still can't get it resolved yet when they do finally decide to respond they seem so helpful. But honestly if you're going to respond and tell me to let you know what product I want and you will help me out… And then you disappear off of the face of the Earth… What then? I'm so aggravated by the whole thing that I will not be shopping with them any longer and frankly while some of their products are decent, many are not. Recommend that you try hourglass cosmetics. Better products, better customer service. Truly disappointing after such a great experience at the beginning. Not the way to keep customers long-term.
