Absolutely terrible service from the support team. Rude, condescending, and incompetent.

Ticket response times were measured in hours, not minutes. In the 3 weeks i was with them, it was a minimum of 4-6 hours between request and response.

I chose them because their hardware specs were marginally better than another service i was looking at, and while the initial costs with jones was a bit higher, the second-year costs were better. I've gone back to the competitor and it's a world of difference in terms of support.

If you need a managed service - i do not recommend this organization. if you can handle the server without assistance, you're probably fine.

Very worst company. DO NOT TRUST.
I was their customer since 2022 and i renewed cloudlinux license for every 3months on time till june 2024. I never had to reach them, but when i wanted to cancel in june, which was already renewed on June 1st, 2024 valid till 31st august, 2024, they started behaving rude and arguing that they will keep 1 more month for asking them to change my ip (once in the whole time since 2022).

Then i asked for more details and realized, they dont know how to see calendar. They said its renewed for june 1st and july 1st, so they dont want to refund and which its june 3rd today.

At the end, they refunded remaining 2 months realizing they are still living in june month 2024.
and eventually blocked me from their website and which is for GOOD. Better stay away from these worst staff behavior.

Absolutely worst management company I have ever used. Very unprofessional communication, claims to be American but is actually based out of China. Aggressive, argumentative, and in general, a total displeasure to work with. They suspended my account for non-payment of cPanel, which I intended to cancel. Threatened me with TOS, which apparently I was indeed in violation of by not paying. But if I were to pay for the now-cancelled cPanel, I'd get an extra month of service. I explicitly told them that I had no intentions of doing that, and they argued. They didn't understand what it was I was saying, and argued with me as a result. Tried to turn my words back around against me. (take note that my main cPanel license was fine, this was for one of their 50 account addons - apparently not paying one on time is enough to cancel the entire thing)

Avoid this company. They claim to have been around since 2001, and yet have no reviews? Total scam of a company. Do NOT trust them with your servers.
