They need to look at their appointments and be prepared

They did an oil & filter change, and fixed one backup light I didn’t know wasn’t working.
They did this all for free because I had waited two hours for just an oil change! It was because they had a filter but it didn’t fit so they had to order the right one to be delivered.
I could understand if I had been just a walk-in but I had an appointment for 2:30 which I had made two days ago, so it seems they would make sure what they needed would be there in time for the appointment.
Nice to get it no charge, but I had other places I needed to be in the afternoon that I had to cancel.
