My boots arrived I am size 7 I got what looks like a size 4 absolute rubbish company

Sounds like a reputable company, but terrible Chinese company. Poor quality shoes, wrong size and refuse to take them back unless I pay for shipping. Wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Do not use them!!

Scam company. Shoes took 2 weeks to arrive, nothing like pictures, cheap plastic, wrong size. Refused full refund unless I paid postage which was more than shoes cost. Avoid.

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars as this company from CHINA sends you poor quality shoes that are not the size you ordered, then they refuse to accept a return and won't offer a refund but instead offer a %age off your next order. Disgrace of a company ,please DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY buying from this company.

I did not receive what I ordered, they sent a completely different pair of shoes.(£37)
Over 50 emails to arrange a refund as the cost to send back to China which is £26.50
I will stay clear of this company, the quality and service of rubbish

This is a scam company products not as described send wrong colour of boots refused to accept responsibility. Will not refund keep offer discounts to buy more goods or if you want to send the product back then you have to pay yourself which is more than the product item it self. They are selling on Amazon, eBay Facebook and any other advertising they can and scamming people with products that are fake not worth the money and sending whatever they want.

If I could give a zero star I would! My pair of boots arrived in Chinese labeled plastic bag! Wrong size, stitching the worst I've ever seen. Don't waste your money

My story is the same as yours.
I tried to get help from my bank as i was sure this company was out
to scam people . Waste of time that was.

I purchased a pair of ladies leather fishermen sandals. On arrival, I noticed they looked nothing like the picture and description, they were plastic with white plastic soles. I contacted the company to advise of my dissatisfaction, I requested a refund. They offered me firstly 10% refund, followed by an improvement of 20% refund. If I wanted to return the sandals, it would be at my expense and they wanted it sent registered post.
Avoid this company Jones Boot and there shoddy goods, total rip off and disgusting plastic footwear! Please be aware this company is in China and is not associated with the UK company Jones Bootmaker.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes for £37. Advertised as very comfortable and great for your feet. Ordered my normal size. I had no idea the shoes were coming from China. It took over a month for them to be delivered. When they finally arrived they were all out of shape and bent. Certainly not the nubuck leather they were advertised as. felt more like slipper material. Far too big. So I thought ok, that’s fine I will return for a refund. I contacted them and they offered me a10% refund. I said no, they are faulty I want a full refund. They then offered me 20% and for me to return them, at a cost to myself, to China, and I won’t get any delivery charges back even though when I bought them it said buy 2 with no postage charge. When I priced this up it was going to cost me nearly £20. I asked for 50% refund to which I got not reply. I then asked IF I accepted their 20% how much would I be refunded bearing in mind they were also taking off delivery charges if I send them back… The next thing I know I get an email saying a refund has been processed for… wait for it…. £7.55…
What an absolute rip off.

I didn’t want to give 1 star ! Absolute scam of a company. Shoes that arrived were the wrong size ! Have sent numerous emails to the company and had no replies ! Absolutely fuming to be scammed like this !

Ordered two pairs of utter rubbish. Took a month to arrive. They vaguely resemble the image if you squint. They certainly won’t prevent foot pain as they claim. Refund requires me to spend even more money on postage to China for the off chance they will refund. I’m going through charge back process with my bank. Save yourself agro and don’t order from them.

Fell for the lovely shoes advertised, watched the footage of how the leather was quality and how the fit your feet so comfy, utter garbage! Do not buy from this company. Shoes were supposed to be bronze, they were cheap cream plastic, heels looked like cream wedges on the sales photo, but no, a mad zig zag pattern all over the heels in different colours. Same as the other reviews, you have to pay the postage to send them back to China, was offered 10% off and 30% off and give them to one of your family comment when i complained via paypal. Utter rubbish, total scammers

Wish I had read the reviews first - lesson learnt!! Sandals arrived in a different colour to the ones I ordered. When contacted offered me £5 off my next order, needless to say that there will not be another order. AVOID!!!!

I ordered some sandals and when they arrived they were completely different from the picture on their website. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as a total waste of money and very disappointing.

I purchased sandals from Jones Boots. At that time i didn't realise that they were based in China. When the sandals arrived I was very disappointed as they were totally different from that advertised. They looked different, in fact, horrible, and they were very badly made. Please don't get confused between them and Jones Bootmakers. Based in England.
I have asked for a refund only to be told I cannot have one. They offered a small discount instead. If I wanted a refund I would have to pat to return the sandals to China.
Warning to prevent anyone else getting upset by getting Substandard products please do NOT purchase anything from them

I ordered a pair of sandals in Pink and when they arrived they were beige , but the company told me that i should return them to china at my own cost or accept a 10% refund - but they also advised me that the cost of sending them back to china would be more than the shoes are worth
This is deplorable treatment

Thought I was ordering from a UK company. It is Chinese. Sent the wrong size, cheap looking not like the photo online. Although their error they want me to return them to China at my own expense! Offering me a few pounds to keep them.
Will cost me £23.50 to return them, or I'll have o accept 20% refund ie £3.88!!

Obviously getting trade because people think they're buying from Jones the well known and respected shoe and boot company. This is where I made the mistake!! I ordered 2 pairs of sandals, thinking they were in their sale. Not only did they take ages to arrive but they sent sizes 38 & 40, when I asked for 39!! I did manage to contact the company but they refused to pay the return postage, even though it was clearly their mistake. A salutary lesson learned. But now I'm scared to order anything else from any site called "Jones Bootmaker" 🥺

Ordered from a Facebook advert. Got a confirmation email from service@jonesboots .com. They sent me completely the wrong shoes which were awful quality and took much longer than delivery was meant to be. Luckily I paid via PayPal and there is a different contact on there so I've now tried to email support@clacksfit .com to resolve this issue and if they still continue to ignore me on this other email I shall put in a claim for a refund via PayPal and obviously show them the correspondence between us and the list of bad reviews on trustpilot and hopefully they will understand and refund my money.
