I haven't even signed up yet and I'm…
I haven't even signed up yet and I'm angry with these people. I saw an advert on Instagram and I clicked through. I put my details to be contacted and put what I NEED so I can grow in my career based on their questionnaires. Someone calls me a few days later and rudely says I want know if you are a good fit otherwise there's no point. So I need to prove myself to you because you are so amazing? How about telling me what you can do for me for the money I give you? So she says I 'passed' and says you can sign up now for £175 per month membership. They say I can ONLY sign up over the phone. So I told you what I need from you to help in my career, I tell you everything you need and you say yes I'm a good fit. But you don't allow me any time to read about what you can offer, don't have the courtesy to say hey here's some reading material for you to see what we can do for you and you want payment now? She even proceeded to argue with me over the phone which is so unprofessional and said "well it's your responsibility to know about us we have a website". I'm thinking great start, you are rude, pushy, unprofessional and you blame the customer. All I asked for was information about what YOU can do for ME since I'm paying you £175 for the "privilege" of attending your classes for MY BENEFIT. if anything you should be thanking me for my service. If you want to break the mould and find better ways to offer education to the market you have to start on a far better foundation, right now its 1-0 to traditional education and having finished from Cass Business School and given £18k for my traditional education I can tell you I'm far happier than giving £175pm to these people. Get better on the phone staff. If you want to teach startups how to succeed then give us the confidence that you are good at it. This woman is a great example of what NOT TO DO. Avoid at all costs.
