I didn't get a confirmation email after 3 business days for my order. I tried contacting customer service and also received no response. They are a complete black hole when it comes to customer service but waste no time charging your credit card.

So I ordered My package June 7th, and realized that I failed To select and pay for a tracking number. Shipping details said that it’ll take 10-30 business days! So I thought Great now I have No idea where my package was or if it’s even gonna arrive! First email from them was the recipe and what I had Purchased. The bottom said that I will Be receiving another email of when my package will be shipped! Within 5 days packaged shipped and I kid you not my package arrived June 13 early morning when i received another email and text saying box is estimated to be delivered June 17th! Sout arrived early! SELLER was very kind and send me a bunch of samples! The packaging was neatly arranged and nothing was broke or open! I’m very thankful!

I've been buying products from Jolse for quite a while now, and although the shipping takes about 3-4 weeks I still prefer buying from them. Its affordable and I just love K-Beauty! They are giving samples with every order. They are shipping for Korea. Yes, shipping is long, but its also $2.50 or free if you meet their minimum purchase.

and every Sat-Sunday they have a Sale! Among the other offer for not included brands.

Jolse is the best beauty company i have ever used. Even though they deliver from Korea, I always get my package before i expect it. The products are always well maintained - no spillage or broken bottles. They always send loads of samples for us to try.They have a huge range of brands and products - all of them with good information and reviews. Their store credit is also easy to build. I have no cons at all. Thanks Jolse!

Jolse is a great place to get Asian skincare and it's one of the first sites I check if I need to stock up on my routine. Shipping (at the time of writing anyway) is free but the prices for each individual item is slightly higher to compensate. I usually like to compare Jolse with other skincare sites to see which one's cheaper and Jolse usually edges them out by a few dollars.

Shipping is prompt and I've never had to deal with any issues like lost packages, items not in stock, etc.

Of all the Asian skincare sites I buy from, Jolse is the most updated and get a lot of new products often. They don't have EVERYTHING, especially popular brands like Hada Labo, Mamonde Ceramide creams, etc, but their catalogue is diverse enough that you'll probably find what you're looking for here.

I have had a really good experience with jolse. Ship order within a week . Give standard 2.5$ shipping with tracking. All the products are packed quite securely. They also add a handful of free samples with every order and of the brands are sold at a great discounts. Highly trustable online store for korean cosmetics

I have never had a single problem with this site. The customer service is great and replies fast, their range is amazing and still expanding, and their shipping is fast as well. The packages always arrive undamaged, and they also provide great range of samples. I'll definitely keep shopping here!

JOLSE have free shipping, regular sales/offers and they send free samples with orders too. They have always been 100% reliable in my opinion and I have ordered from them for a long time and I have always been happy with their services. They have always shipped my orders fast, and the orders arrive very quickly also.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had purchasing Korean cosmetics. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t even SHIPPED my package. I ordered in bulk to get the express shipping, hoping that the products would arrive quickly as I am running out of a few skincare essentials. The fact that they have not even shipped my package for almost 2 weeks is completely absurd. Their customer service is also a total joke! I sent them multiple emails about my order and there was no response for days until I threatened to dispute the transaction through PayPal. And despite their assurances my package still has not shipped. Needless to say, jolse is a waste of time, money, and energy. Save your time and just go shop at yesstyle or something for your cosmetics, they might be a bit pricier but at least they ship your orders within a reasonable timeframe and their customer support is responsive. Jolse just seems like an incompetently run scam! There are so many other places to buy from, just avoid Jolse at all cost.

I had to edit my review because Jolse has become a place I don't want to shop anymore...much has changed!

Positives:
- They have greatly increased their product range since my last review & included super popular brands in Korea like Round Lab, Real Barrier, Badskin
- Website is very responsive and fast
- Discounts are decent...but could be better
- Items are always wrapped well to avoid damage during transit.

Negatives:
- Customer service is ruthless and slow. It takes them at least 2 business days to respond & they offer no help or compensation. In the PAST I've had missing items in my past order, which customer service has immediately responded & given me options of refund or sending them if they're available.
- Dispatch after ordering varies....a lot. Usually whenever I order it takes MINIMUM 5 business days for them to dispatch my items... My last order was 10 days ago AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T SHIPPED MY ITEMS!

This is extremely slow especially compared to other K-beauty stores like RoseRoseShop!

Long story short: This is my last order from Jolse. They have lost a loyal customer due to CS representatives who don't understand you and extremely slow shipping times.

I have ordered numerous times at Jolse now. The first time I was a bit anxious because I have never heared about the webshop before. I had a very small order, about 2-3 items. Sadly one item got canceled, and I panicked because Paypal told me that the whole order got canceled. I contacted Jolse about this and they re asured me that it was just the single product. And when the package came, they were right. I also got my money back from that item quite fast.
Delivery is very fast and the items are always securely packaged with lots of samples. Also very good prices!

Long time customer of Jolse, recently they have added more brands to their website which is great .
Customer service is great, they always reply to emails and answer queries.
Shipping is fast even if delivery is slow( which will depend on the postal service of your country/ the transiting country )
They have weekly sales on 2-3 brands so keep an eye out for those.
Items is always wrapped with care and up to now I have never received anything that was damaged, whether its eyeshadows or blush.

So far I've had great experiences with Jolse.
All my orders arrive in a week (all my other other orders from Korea would take a minimum of 2-3 weeks), everything is safely packaged in a lot of bubble wrap, and they are very generous with their samples (even small orders of 6-8 dollars would have 3 samples included).
They're a really great option, especially if you're buying a single product and don't want to pay for shipping.

I'm surprised at all of these negative reviews (I have my opinions on why people are complaining, but this isn't the time or the place 😒).. I've ordered from Jolse 3 times (albeit, once through Amazon) and every time my experience has been really good. Their shipping is fast (considering that it's coming from S Korea), their customer service is great, and their prices (especially for overseas shipping of fragile, perishable items) are REALLY good.

Hi my name is Meenal have placed one order as create guest account after payment when i returned to track my order the guest column not accepting my details.
Today i am not able to track my order and no update from their customer service team.
as of now i am getting unsatisfactory service.

I have had positive experiences with this retailer thus far but haven't had to deal with lost packages so cannot comment on that, my sympathies are with you if your product has been lost!
They have competitive pricing for Korean beauty products and send loads of free samples (though I wish they'd stop sending me BB creams cause it ain't my colour!!!) to help you discover new products.
I have lost track of how many times I've ordered from this site.
Shipping takes under 2 weeks and I haven't been busted by customs thus far so thats great!
My interactions with customer services have been quick and polite :)

I've ordered with JOLSE twice and I'm truly satisfied. I live in Sweden and have received my products within about 1,5 week from order. The products are new and visibly authentic. I also got a lot o samples both times which I appreciate. I've send some inquiries and questions to them (about when products will restock) and I've always gotten a quick answer so if I'd ever have any more serious issues with future orders I believe they would help out properly.
The website does not keep super high quality however which is something I'd appreciate if they worked on to approce.

I've been buying products from Jolse for quite a while now, and although the shipping takes about 3 weeks (to Sweden) I still love buying from them. Of all the orders I've made from them 1 came out wrong (I bought 6 sheet masks that were of 2 types, and 3 sheet masks were switched out to another similar sheet masks), so I emailed them asking how they could correct it. Withing hours I have now gotten confirmation that I will get a full refund. I am so happy with their customer service, the quick reply and the over all products. I have never gotten a faulty product or a product that is expired. I fully trust this company!

I thought customer service was a priority for businesses? Well apparently these guys only give a crap about money. I put in the wrong address, I know I stuffed up. I had everything correct, the city etc but put in the wrong country. They have told me my package is going back to their warehouse though they will not ship my package to me "due to cost issues". I have never has such customer service. Last year, a totally different online store sent my order to the wrong house (I had the correct address on the package), I let them know about my missing order, they then sent another package of my order out to me and when that arrived so did my previous order, I did not have to pay anything extra even though I told them about the extra order. JOLSE ON THE OTHER HAND, are atrocious and embarrassing. I will never shop from these guys, I have pretty much just thrown $40 out the window. I will not receive a refund or a reshipment. Let's hope your package doesn't go missing because you will not receive a new one without paying again. People make mistakes. I wouldn't risk it if I were you.

Received the products within 2 weeks. In contrast to the other reviews, none of my products were out of date. Also received a load of samples which is always a plus.
