Can’t be sure that you will get what…
Can’t be sure that you will get what you ordered. I ordered Bumbleride Indie, Clay and got instead Sea Glass. Had to wait several days for an answer to their error and did not receive a reasonable solution, just send it back at their expence, because they do not have color Clay anymore. Like my time and fuel do not cost anything. Why send the wrong color at all if you do not have right one. So disappointed.

Really good service, the payment went thru fast and posti calld ehen they was comming, delivery to door. I made testing order whit 3 ithems and it workt better then I was thinking. Poor customer service
I sent emails complaining about the wrong shipping address, didn't reach agreement with them, then they didn't answer my emails. I had to go to the chatbox and asked again, they said it is my responsibility to give my current address, but of course I just created an account with my contact details including name, shipping address, phone number and email address before I placed that order. Also, the one answered my questions from chatbox was very impolite, I'm very disappointed with this company, not only lost my time to choose a long list of items, but also lost money to pay them return cost.

Titaniumbaby leikkikehä is a scam. It doesnt close at all , once it is opened. The open and close mecanism is not working at all and is difficult to use because it is not well built. I was so ungry that I broke the whole apparatus . I lost 79 Eur. but this is the last time I will buy anything from Jollyroom.
