⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – The Only Plumber I’ll Ever Use

After dealing with three plumbers who either lied, delivered shocking workmanship or caused serious damage to my home, finally finding Joel was a blessing.

Before Joel, I was left with:
• Floorboards ripped up and not replaced
• Pipes sticking out of the walls
• Push-fit joints cut and installed incorrectly
• A system never tested — which resulted in my ceiling flooding

It was a nightmare, and Checkatrade even refused to intervene or remove the individuals responsible.

Joel was the complete opposite.
He returned every call, picked up the phone immediately (rare in the trade), arrived on time, and charged fairly. His workmanship was impeccable — he even fixed the floorboards the previous plumber left unsafe. He explained everything clearly and made sure my heating was working perfectly and safely.

For clarity: Joel is the Caribbean gentleman — not to be confused with the many companies using the name “Jolly Plumber.” There is only one Joel, and in my eyes, he’s exceptional.

I will be using him exclusively for all future plumbing, bathroom, and kitchen installations throughout my renovation.
Highly recommend — a true professional who actually cares about his work and his customers.

Brilliant! Cannot rate Jolly plumbers highly enough. They were amazing from start to finish. Had a complete bathroom refurbishment, they were there every day, cleaned up after themselves. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result was amazing

Such a big shout out to John, I had a problem with one of my bathroom waste pipes and saw a Jolly Plumber van outside.



John kindly came by after he had finished his local job, and was so courteous, offered to take his shoes off upon entering my property and was just so professional and casual at the same time. A rare quality if I may say.



Anyway, the job sorted in literally 10 minutes, whereas I had been sweating buckets for days. Thanks John, your number is now on my speed-dial.

Jolly Plumbers have just finished installing new boiler and have done a super job. All the team were very friendly and work completed to a high standard. Flooring & carpet protection put down and all mess cleared away each day. Highly recommended.

John came out at extremely short notice and was able to accurately assess the problem, provide and a quote and begin work all within a timely manner.

The work done was of a very high standard and he was keen to ensure that we were happy with everything before he left.

John was very friendly and approachable, he was even able to befriend our big, loud and boisterous dog!

Jolly plumbers carried out a boiler replacement for us recently, good communication throughout the process and work to a very high standard would definitely recommend!
