I’m really impressed with Jollynova! Their glasses have such a sleek and stylish design — I’ve gotten so many compliments already. But what really stood out to me was their customer service. When my original package wasn’t delivered, they immediately sent me another one without any hassle. That kind of care and responsiveness is rare these days, and it shows how much they value their customers. Highly recommend both their products and their amazing support team!

Excellent customer service. My glasses were sent to the wrong address but they shipped out a new pair without issue.

I was nervous about ordering eyeglasses on the internet, but it turned out very well. The glasses are just as advertised, and they nailed my complicated prescription. I will order from Jollynova again.

The customer service and quick responses to all my emails made this experience awesome. My package arrived but went missing shortly after off my front steps and Jollynova was quick to respond and work with me. Would 100% recommend this company and looking forward to receiving my glasses.

The glasses are not usable. They are progressive lenses and maybe the style chosen does not allow for adequate focus of the reading portion. I have to hold my head in a very unnatural position to read.

The glasses came with no packing slip, and no apparent way to contact the company to resolve.

All glasses are fine and styles are great. Quality is spot on and great value.

They sold me a pair of glasses that are too small for my head and prescription was wrong. Then when I asked to have them replaced they told me if I kept them they would give me 30% off my next order which is no good if the first pair isn't right. Why would I think the next one would be so I asked for a refund. They told me to ship them back but I had to pay for shipping which is all the way back to China costing 70% of what the glasses cost . Slow to respond a hassle to deal with. I do not recommend them to anyone on the planet that doesn't live in China. You will pay so much in shipping to return your glasses and wait forever for a refund you won't want to buy online again.

Jollynova has so many awesome glasses to choose from and great prices too. They always kept me informed about when my package would be arriving. I love the durability and the quality of the frames. The color and the bling is cool too 😎 I look amazing in them!!!

Where to begin... never bought frames online before, and the 1st pair I got from Jollynova didn't fit right, and I hooked up with their Customer Service Rep Daniel, who not only got back to me the same day (!), but continued to redirect and instruct me for about a week (!) until we got things worked out to both of our satisfaction! Kudos to Jollynova!

These glasses work well for me because I only have presbyopia and do not need more expensive prescription glasses. I also like the transition lens feature.

I really like the Jollynova website! The catalog is filled with glasses frames the are different. As someone who has worn glasses since the seventh grade, different really works for me! AND customer service is more than willing to help! It is rare that customer service is that kind and understanding! Take a look, you will most likely find a fun frame!

I have purchased 4 pairs of glasses and they are cute, sturdy and very reasonably priced in comparison to other places. :)

These eyeglasses are super hip and fashion forward. You will be the only one wearing a pair of these in your crew. Masculine yet contemporary. They get compliments. Get a pair with transitional lenses and they will work for you indoors our out.

Stylish frames at a great price! Excellent customer service as well. Had an issue with the first pair, but reached out and they were very responsive and got a replacement out ASAP! Will definitely be coming back here for my next pair of glasses.

The product came pretty quickly, so I was happy about that. But when I opened a package, I became really happy, the sunglasses were exactly as I thought they’d be. The lenses were beautiful. The frame stylish and durable,however as I was putting them on, I noticed some pitting on the top of the aluminum frame. I emailed customer service/support took a picture of the product and sent it to them. They told me they would replace them, at no charge and that I could keep the old sunglasses. overall I was very satisfied with their response, which was immediate and the fact that they’re going to let me keep the glasses as I did offer to send them back made me realize that Jollynova is a credible company with an outstanding customer support team. I worked with Daniel. He was prompt, courteous, and got straight to the point thank you Jollynova!!!

I liked the shades I bought very nice looking on me i get compliments,what is don't like i take several weeks to arrive i ordered in March didn't receive till may close to June, and the arms are already loose i would buy more but it will probably be winter before they arrive, will be loose after a few wears

The lenses I received appear to match the saved data, which unfortunately listed a +7.25/+7.50 SPH — my actual prescription is negative, -7.25/-7.50 SPH. MY Error.
The frames themselves are stylish and feel like a quality product. Shipping is quoted at 7 - 15 Business Days + 2-5 days for processing. They met that expectation as well.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses from Jollynova (Order JS12185127, placed July 13, 2025) and received them on July 30. The frames are stylish and fit well — but the prescription is completely wrong.

These glasses are unwearable. I verified my prescription, checked the details I submitted, and reached out to customer service immediately. So far, I’ve received no resolution.

A prescription error is not a small mistake — it renders the product useless and raises concerns about quality control. At this point, I’m waiting to see how Jollynova handles the issue. A replacement with the correct prescription should be issued without delay.

If the company makes this right quickly, I’ll revise my rating. If not, this stays a 1-star review. Let’s see how effective their service from China really is.
