So i was out walking my dog this morning and was told that the jolly groomer is closing i had booked an appointment later this month a few weeks ago I went to the shop to be told that they are closing on the 16th, my appointment is on the 20th this is very poor customer service there must be others going to get caught out by this 😡

Put my order in online on the 8th March…
Put my order in online on the 8th March and it took 4 days to tell me that dogs biscuits were out of stock. I work 12 hours nights and just had surgery on my stomach and wasn't happy when I went into the store the same day and they had a load of my dog biscuits 🙃 upon asking them and telling them that they sent me emails saying they had not got any replied that they had just been put out. No way as half a stack had already gone. Not happy and will shop elsewhere in future.

Groomers
Teddy had his second visit at the groomers. Frankie is really friendly, patient and very polite even though Teddy sings(cry’s) through most of his appointment.
I have already recommended Frankie to my family and friends

Jolleys Sheffield and Rotherham
"We’ve recently visited the Jollyes branches in both Sheffield and Rotherham, and both were fantastic experiences. They have an incredible range of food, toys, and supplies—literally everything we needed for our new puppy under one roof. The staff at both locations were incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was reasonably priced, too. We will definitely be back whenever we need something for our puppy!"

Shopping at Jollyes is always straightforward. The staff are friendly and helpful, the goods are clearly priced and the prices themselves are cheaper than other local retailers. What's not to like?
