I am in our local Jollyes store at least once or twice a week and they know me by first name and vice versa. They are all lovely staff and nothing is a bother to them.

Since Jollys have stopped doing the loose dog treats in favour of the prepacked ones, my dog doesn't like them. Even my neighbours dog doesn't like them. I'm now having to travel to another pet store... See more

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Great Team lousy website

The team in the banbridge store is always very kind, efficient, and professional. The website and apps are a different story. It’s difficult to process orders, this reusable bag for 40p keeps reattaching itself to my orders despite being deleted several times (and seeing it as a charge in my receipt when it was deleted for the 10th time), vouchers and club card not scanning properly in store, and despite choosing collect, I am often charged delivery and/or unable to select my address (despite not requiring delivery) and have to log in and out and redo orders several times. 10/10 for store team, 1/10 for website.

Staff are amazing
