Well well let's just put it this way they jumped all over my problem straight away and that's all anybody could really ask there was a computer glitch caused by something that I had done and I got the wrong information I wrote to these people Nastasiia was the first to answer she asked me what I wanted to have done about it and I tried to explain it as best I possibly could because I'm not particularly computer literate but I do try she understood exactly what it was I wanted and did it.
Like I said that's all anybody can ever ask.
I can't really say anything else about the website yet because I'm still very new to it but from what I can see it seems to be quite professionally put together.
