Do your feet a favour.
I love these socks, I have a subscription and have no need to buy socks from anyone else now. These are the comfiest socks I have ever worn. The ribbed area along the foot is great as the hug your feet (I hate loose socks). The customer service team have been great and very helpful when I have needed to contact them with requests. On top of these being great socks, knowing that when you buy pair they donate a pair to those less fortunate than you is a great thing.

The socks are lovely, shame you changed what I ordered
The socks are lovely - love the design and quality. My second time ordering from you. Just disappointed in the personalisation…I typed out ‘Jans’ socks’ - specifically putting the apostrophe after the ‘s’ as I was using the possessive on the name Jans, not Jan. You changed it around so the apostrophe came before the ‘s’ to read Jan’s socks. So now they sound as if they belong to a woman called Jan, not a man called Jans. Wish you had stuck to what I typed in the box. I also felt the personalisation service was expensive but it would be worth it…now I would prefer it not to be on there at all.

Such high quality socks. They feel and look great. I got some last year as a gift for a friend, and even though he usually destroys socks quickly, they are still going strong!

Great product, average customer service.
I’ve ordered from Jollies socks before and the socks are great quality.
However customer service not at the same standard.
I’ve emailed twice about reviewing a free pair due to returning a pair to them in the envelope they provide but to date I haven’t received a response to either email or the social media message.
