Refusal to pay out winnings, a plethora of excuses, although all registration criteria was met!!
@JOKABET, You took my money multiple times in 2024 and paid out £380 in winnings without issue. Now in 2025, when I try to withdraw £1,200, you claim I’ve “never made a successful withdrawal.” I sent you a screenshot of my December payout. You verified me after the fact, yet keep demanding endless documents. I’ve provided everything for every excuse you’ve used to block my winnings.
You’ve given me excuse after excuse in every email exchange, and I’ve responded to them all. Yet when I send the one that has the proof—my December payout—you ignore it and keep stonewalling. This is the last straw.
If you’ve been treated like this, speak up. We deserve better.
