I recently purchased the beige and white jobs set you’ve likely seen plastered all over instagram. I really really wanted this fit to work given an upcoming photo shoot. Unfortunately the material was much too thin for my liking which means they need to be returned. When reaching out to their team to process said return, they let me know that they don’t provide a return label which means I have to PAY to return it. What a joke… with so many athleisure brands out there, I will not be purchasing from Joja again given its clearly ‘buy at your own risk’

Purchased their "Butterfly Tank Top"
The sizing and words on the back of the tank top have already been torn without any wash and only worn once less than one hour.
I contacted JOJA about this a few times and they ignored my messages the first two times.
On the third reach out, their customer support responded saying:
"That can happen even after trying on the item, unfortunately. I can send you a courtesy label for return, but if we send a new one, the same thing will likely happen."
