When I contacted Joint-it for advice on repairing as small section of my patio jointing I was blown away with the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of all the staff I spoke with. They were able to quickly and efficiently resolve my issue and offer me support that proved invaluable. The product itself is great as well and I cannot fault it. I will definitely be back should the need arise! A special thanks to Sharon and Gary as well.

I have being looking for Joint it Fine Sand (Grey) for months.
I have rang and emailed numerous companies but no joy.
I then emailed Joint it directly and a quick response arrived from Garret.
He gave me advise on how to lay the Sand from start to finish.
I was also advised of where to locate the Sand, but then the best part. Garnett collected the Sand and personally delivered it to my house.
I cannot recommend Joint It company (Garrett) highly enough for the highest level of Customer Service I have ever received.

Called up to ask a technical question about Joint-it and the possibility that it may have caused staining to my patio slabs when the Joint-It was installed by the builder. I spoke to Gary who was more than helpful in explaining his thoughts, how Joint-it wouldnt be to blame but proceeded to arrange a video call with me to see for himself the issues on my patio and brickwork. He explained in detail the science behind the issues and we have established its not the joint-it compound at play, he didn't end the call there. He went on to give thorough independent advice as to how I can try and tackle my issues of effervescence and 2nd of marks left on the slabbing areas. I tried one method on the call and this was working visually, the 2nd he proceeded to find me the product i needed and had personally used and explained my next steps.

Overall he took on an issue that is not his solely because he has the knowledge, experience and knows the chemical science behind it in order for me to firstly correct my issue. But insists I inform my builder of the garden what could have been done to prevent this, which may help future customers.

He also wishes progress updates on how I get on with the cleanup of the material reactions that have occurred once I do a proper 2 step clean down that he advised.

This is a First Class company for customer service. I had many queries about laying porcelain slabs and grouting for a new patio, which led me to telephone Joint-It. The assistance and advice I was given was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and their willingness to help was more than refreshing. They went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a company and with no push to sell. I found them to be very knowledgeable and more than happy to pass on their expertise to ensure I knew how to go about this. I would not hesitate to recommend Joint-It.

The product is great does what it's meant too.
Had a small query but it was dealt with to 100 percent satisfaction. I recommend this product for a nice finish to your patio.

I spoke with Garry Duffy about an issue with my recent patio that had been layed, he then made it a priority to resolve the problem for me, he is very knowledgeable in his field so it is nice to know the information i was given was accurate, would recommend 100%.

I recently contacted Joint it spoke to Garry Duffy with a query regarding Joint it mortar used on recent patio installation.
It appears my contractor did not do a good job for me.
After liason between the contractor, Gary, and myself the contractor agreed to re do the joints at no cost.
My patio now looks like it has just been laid, thank you Gary for your help and assistance. Peter M

I had a simple question and the owner himself rang me and took the time to talk me through the correct products and the correct application. You just don’t get service like that these days so this company ranks way up there for service.

The service from Joint-it staff has been the differentiator in choosing their product. I spoke at length with their Technical Director, Gary, who gave a lot of his time without expectations.

I have used Joint It many many times as part of my landscaping business. The service you receive and after care is second to none. I recently had a conversation with Gary who gave me lots of help and advice and shared with me the other products that they supply such as slurry primers and sealers. I don't feel like you get this level of service with any other product supplier and as a result I couldn't recommend Joint It enough.

Couldn’t ask for a more personal service! After encountering a problem with some loose grout & after speaking with Gary from Joint It! I was given some very helpful advice to not only fix my problem, but also clean & repair the joints!
My patio now looks like it’s just been laid & I now have the knowledge to keep it looking like new into the future! Many thanks for your help!

I used the Joint It Simple product on my patio - what a difference compared to the old cement mortars. This is easy to apply (avoids hours on hands and knees!) really stays in place and looks great so I'd rate it as excellent. On top of that the firm were really helpful when I had questions - Gary called me back straightaway after I sent an email it - so 10/10 for customer service as well!

My patio was laid earlier in the year using Joint-It Simple filling compound.

I needed some technical advice regarding cleaning products, and I had a call the following day from Gary Duffy, their Sales and Technical Director.

He gave some really good advice and was honest enough to recommend a product from a different company that would fulfil my needs.

A lot of companies would have pushed their own product, even though it did not fully suit my circumstances.

It is refreshing to come across someone who puts their customer needs above the pursuit of profit.

I have never written a review for a product I have been advised not to use.
But this is an exception.
To explain, my garden paths are made from blocks, sitting on a semi-flexible substructure and I have been dogged with weeds coming through the gaps ever since it was laid.
I’ve tried to keep them at bay with off-the-shelf weedkiller, industrial weedkiller, weed burner etc with no success.
I did some research into what could be used to seal the joints, but still allow surface water to drain through.
I came across Joint-It, who’s product appeared to fit the bill.
They have a few variants of their product, so I contacted them to enquire which would be most suitable for my requirements.
The following day I got an email from Gary Duffy, their Sales and Technical Director, asking for more details before he could give me the correct recommendations, and suggested we discussed it over the phone directly to speed things up.
Once he had the details required, he came back to me and explained, due to my particular circumstances, none of their products would be suitable.
Although disappointed, I was impressed with his honesty.
That in itself was refreshing to hear from a company director who was more interested in helping a potential client than pushing a product which would not work.
But above and beyond that, he asked me to give him a couple of days so he could do a bit of research to review the spec of a few other company’s products which may be more suitable.
True to his word, he came back with a suggestion of one of his competitor’s products which could be closer to what I needed.
Now, if that isn’t customer care, I don’t know what is.
In conclusion, if/when I have the need for this work in a different environment, Joint-It would be my first port of call
Sorry for the long spiel, but I feel that a company director who will steer you away from their own product to another company who could fulfill your requirements deserves recognition.

Great product and customer support

A Professional contractor used Jointit on my patio some years ago. Brillant product. Recently I had some queries regarding running repairs before the winter sets in. Rang the office and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was most impressed with the time afforded to me even though the amount of product I required was minimal. They gave great advise and guidance. My immediate reaction was - what a great endorsement of customer and after sales service, if they treat the small customer like this. My apologies for not having the names of the staff I interacted with.

Contacted Joint it and spoke to Gary Duffy what a pleasant man, answered all may questions in a knowledgeable manner , informing me on how to use the compound as a DIYer, would use it again.
