While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Join the Claim is the UK’s leading consumer hub for group legal actions. We are not a law firm. Our role is to raise awareness of corporate wrongdoing – from data breaches to unfair practices – and, where appropriate, connect potential claimants with SRA-regulated UK partner law firms running legitimate no-win, no-fee group claims. We understand that joining a group action can feel confusing or intimidating. Legal language is often complex, and the process can seem unclear. That is where we come in. With a focus on clarity and transparency, we explain potential claims in plain English, outline what they involve, and make it clear when compensation may be available. If a partner law firm is actively running a claim, we offer free online eligibility checks so you can quickly see whether you may qualify. If eligible, we can connect you directly if you decide you want to proceed. If a claim has not yet launched, you can register for updates and stay informed. We may receive a referral fee from the law firms we introduce, but we do not charge you to check your eligibility or register for updates. At its heart, Join the Claim exists to make collective justice more accessible, straightforward and easier to understand.

It is very difficult at the age of 82 and living alone to follow all the instructions given to me to set this up. Modern technology is hard to understand and difficult.

Didn’t know about the data breach. As a cybersecurity professional I understand the harm that data theft can do to your life. No system is 100% impenetrable, though if the system has lacked CIA protection then the company is more culpable. (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability - CIA). A system must provide CIA.
