Surely if you are saving for example £500 per month then 'win your deposit early ' the fact you have a £500 debt going out every month untill you have paid back what you owe would go against your chances of securing a mortgage even with the deposit?
£500 outgoings per month on top of regular Bill's is alot and would be frowned upon by alot of mortgage providers

We engage with many leading national banks and building societies to align our underwriting and affordability methodologies.
The total amount you can borrow could be affected by the net amount to be repaid, but also by factors like your credit and employment history. Joining a StepLadder Circle could be beneficial as another contributor to your credit history showing that you can reliably pay back a large amount each month.

Unprofessional, don’t trust them with your personal information
Just returned a missed call from this company. Very unprofessional, asked me my name then proceeded to tell me another persons email address and ask me if that was me. Aside from the unprofessional manner from the gentleman on the phone the obvious data breach didn’t seem to phase him at all and he just said he would remove my e-mail. Doesn’t seem like a legit company I’d be very cautious sharing your personal information with them.
