Language needs to be clearer.

All passengers landing in England need to complete ETA. ETA REQUIRED FOR ALL PASSENGER; visiting or traveling through to final destination (another country.

Secondly photos required were accepted initially by system only to be rejected later by reviewer (fingers holding passport for photo). Wasted time, greater frustration.

Took too long for approval, missed flight. We’re TSA PreApproved, GOES (Global Online Entry Systems) approved. With A.I. advancements, travel clearances AA embedded within AA profiles the whole process would take minutes… not hours.

Other passengers in same “bind” used a different application and were being approved within 15-20 minutes.

Amazing received my visa in under 48hours.

My experience was great. Fast and easy to follow steps. Quick turn around response.

American airlines website and app had been saying for six months that our travel documents were in order for trip from Tucson to Dublin with transit through Heathrow. Day before the trip we can't get our boarding passes through the app. Customer service no help. Decided to show up to airport an hour earlier than planned and deal with it there. Suddenly, after a year of planning, we need international government documents... on a SATURDAY. Sherpa to the rescue. 15 minutes, tops. I'd like to cry it was such a relief. There's no substitute for planning, but when things fail, this worked.

The whole experience was anticlimactic. They asked a few questions, I answered, I paid, received a message it was done! So I suppose it was great, it was less complicated than I thought it would be.

I found the part where you take a picture very difficult. It kept rejecting my picture. Other than that it was good.

We applied for the Vietnamese visa- Sherpa reviewed it and made sure the passports and pictures were in correct format and quality and we received the visa within a few days. It took me 5 hrs trying to uploading the information on my own and I kept getting error messages from the Vietnamese government site....so I finally turned to Sherpa and we got a visa without any hassled. Thank you!

The company simplified obtaining visas when I was unable to meet specifications for pictures for some SE countries. The hints and taking of pictures from a laptop were simple, the visa was submitted by Sherpa, and they kept me informed of the approval progress.
