Great support from papa staff. Papas family courteous, welcoming, supportive to member and friendly to Papapal. Papapal staff available and supportive as needed.

Two reasons people work for Papa. One, to help others. Two, to be paid for a job well done. I loved working for the two individuals that I worked for. Pleasant experiences. However, I was told to sign up for payment after first visit. Found out after first visit they wanted me to sign up before any visits. Papa still doesn't have my information to pay me. That is the reason I canceled my next two visits. I felt bad about that. However, I want to be paid for visits. So all in all my experience is falling each day. Will I be paid? I don't know. I hope so. I would love to continue to work for Papa. Helping people is rewarding work. Charity work is fine. When your bills are paid. And you knew it was charity beforehand.

Today was my first time with a pal and it went well. Overall it was fun.

Though the experience with the client was nice, the app itself is cumbersome. I have to utilize one app to look at incoming jobs, a different app to determine if the pay is there and another app to communicate with staff. The app did not provide amount for job until the job was accepted and completed. (No Bueno!) Now the amount of pay is in dispute, I am having to utilize a different platform (No link provided to direct me to).

Heather was so nice and helpful! The company is great! They made sure to let me know that our safety comes first. They make sure we are more than ready to fulfill the tasks.

Employees, agents, do not care about members. Been lied to. Stolen from.
Horrible employees. Treating members lesser than.
Beyond words wish my insurance would drop this horrible non-service.

What a great way to supplement income and feel a sense of job satisfaction

I contacted Papa Pal asking for information on what Healthcare Plans for 2025 is has signed contracts for Papa Pal companionship hours (30 annually). The agent was not made aware of the information and Andrew Parker (CEO) has not responded to my email request for this information. Many with one exception "Golden Kidney" have not extended this service to it members for 2025. Guess Papa will go out of business and It's pals will have to find other jobs.. I loved my pal.

So far I like Papa pal is easy and convenient. side job or extra money.

I worked for PaPa pals about a year. It was great until I had a small fender bender in a Doctor's parking lot. My insurance company informed me I didn't have the correct insurance coverage. Even though I have full coverage. I need a commercial insurance. My insurance company wouldn't cover any damage to my car or the other party's vehicle. I called papa pal they told me that they only covered the client that I took to the doctor, not me. So,I learned that day I wasn't ever covered with any insurance, even though I have full coverage. But it's not good while using my vehicle for my job. My insurance company told me most people don't even know that their personal auto insurance isn't good if your using your vehicle to make money. Papa pal workers check with your auto insurance company and see if your covered.

I’ve been apart of the Papa Pal team for over a year. I really enjoy working with them. I especially enjoy working with my clients on a weekly basis. Having familiarity with them helps to build a lasting relationship. With the flexibility to build my own schedule according to my busy life is a real plus. With any business there are always good and bad things that could make or break a company. But I do believe that Papa Pals is striving for excellence.

If there is an issue with payment it is resolved

Papa Pal gave my birthday to a third party vendor and I’m mad at them about this right now. They don’t have a care team that helps its members right now. I’m very disappointed about this right now.

I love this company overall. I barely started but I understand all my obligations because I've been giving caregiving for a lot of years. So belonging to another company for me is the best, and I believe this company is gonna go strong and strong in california, or it's radius
