Worst support I have ever seen

I bought some photos from a photographer, who shared them with me using joinmybox.com. However, it is still not possible for me to login and get them - cannot reset password and cannot create new account, because my email is already in use.
However, those problems can be solved - if the support team is helpful. However, it took them 12 days to reply to my ticket - with a one liner saying I should just choose a password on the frontpage. Which is impossible.
