Mochi Health's #1 complaint on record is their dual-subscription system — patients cancel one subscription but get billed for the other, and the company disputes the cancellation. They have over 1,296 BBB complaints. On top of that, their pharmacy partner Aequita was found to have used unlicensed workers to handle medications, purchased cheap vials from Alibaba that broke during shipment, and used frozen children's popsicles instead of medical-grade ice packs — with at least one patient hospitalized after an injection.

I am resigning up with Mochi due to a positive experience with them last year. Dr. was great and the nutritionist was also encouraging and helpful. Any errors made were corrected promptly and they made very very few. I lost wt with the program and got off it 2 pounds away from goal in Dec. 2025. Recently had stressors back again and am at risk of gaining wt so decided to get back on the program. It was easy to close out the service which was NOT the case with another company I tried first. It was horrible.

Refund policy is a nightmare
I cancelled my membership; however, they charged me membership fees for 2 more cycles ($398) and have finally cancelled my membership but will not refund a single penny. Once they charge you membership fees, even if the cancellation is not applied, you are stuck with it. I am having to go through my bank to file unauthorized charges.

So far, everything has gone smoothly and in a timely manner. Fast and easily made appointment times and my doctor was very courteous and helpful and expedited my order very fast. My first shipment is due to arrive tomorrow and I am excited.
