My Mochi Experience
My experience with Mochi was excellent. It took four days from my appointment to get my medicine. The nurse practitioner was friendly and helpful. I am glad I went with Mochi.

He filled the script for me, and the delivery time was so much faster than expected, especially given issues with customer service and sporadic delivery issues with the previous company I had worked with over the past year. I have been exceedingly pleased with my experience with Mochi Health. Email communication has been outstanding. Through those emails, I felt confident and prepared for the initial online meeting with the Physician. During that meeting, I was provided with succinct information on the program, what to expect, potential side effects, how to communicate with my care team and did not feel rushed. By the end of the online meeting, I felt all my questions and concerns had been addressed. I have been especially impressed with regular email "check-ins" which sought to address any concerns or issues that may have arisen. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience and would definately recommend Mochi Health.

I am on my fourth month of Mochi
I am on my fourth month of Mochi. I started at the lowest dose of 2.6. My provider, Javier Rodriguez is the BOMB. I've been approved with each upgrade dose. I'm now at 7.6 starting today. I'm down from 203lbs to 181. I can't be happier and continuning on to my goal of 165. My meds have always been approved and delivered on time. So happy.
