My experience with Mochi was…
My experience with Mochi was disappointing overall. The pricing structure and overall costs associated with the program were not communicated as clearly as they should have been, which created confusion and frustration during the process.
While customer support was responsive, I felt that many of the responses relied heavily on repeating policy language rather than directly addressing my concerns. The refund policy also appeared vague, particularly where discretionary refunds were mentioned but ultimately not meaningfully considered in my situation.
I believe there should be greater transparency regarding total costs, billing expectations, and refund practices before enrollment.

When creating a Mochi account with email, our Terms & Conditions are presented for agreement on the sign-up page, and we outline in the eligibility flow that our membership includes a base health subscription covering provider access, with medication billed separately before prompting you to the next page to select a plan. We understand that can still feel confusing, and we take responsibility for making that clearer.
Regarding the refund, we do note in our terms that refund decisions are made at our discretion, and we're sorry this situation didn't result in the outcome you were hoping for. We genuinely want every patient to feel the value of what Mochi offers — direct access to providers who guide your treatment every step of the way, at a fraction of the cost of most comparable services.

So far I had my initial appointment…
So far I had my initial appointment with the doctor who was very pleasant.
I also had some questions and chatted virtually, that was excellent.
Next up is an appointment with the dietitian.
One recommendation, the syringes should be more specific to or close to the that the customer is prescribed.
For example 0.50 on a regular syringe is a bit difficult to identify.
