I had a little hiccup after a couple of month with a vale, I was missing one dose.
After some back and forth with emails and proof the issue, and some frustration, it was resolved and a replacement was shipped.
I am very pleased with Fridays and had no other issues. Took a bit to start losing weight due to the low dosage since I already was on Liraglutide, But right now with an increase, i started to lose a couple of pounds. I can’t be any happier and I hope to keep a great relationship with Fridays, lose more pounds and get to my ideal weight.
I feel great and have not had any issues like nausea, or hair loss, or anything else.😊

I have used compound semaglutide with another company on two separate occasions prior to starting with Fridays. My last experiences were great. Started losing weight at a low dose (10 units) and progressively lost more as I increased. After taking a year off, I started with Fridays assuming I would get the same results....couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm on month 3 (paid for 4) and I haven't lost anything. Food noise and regular hunger still there despite my medicine strength being "increased" while the actual dosage is decreased!?!? I'm pretty sure the pharmacy where these meds come.from are either lying about the strength of the meds or they are diluting it. Given my previous experience with semaglutide, I should be seeing some type of weight loss and/or food noise decrease... Instead, I'm out almost $700 with no actual success to the product this company alleges is successful for weight loss. If you want to throw away money and not have results, this is the place to go. If you want real results, do your research and pick anywhere else!!!

Extremely disappointing support experience. Fridays sent repeated refill reminder emails, but when I submitted the refill request, I was told it was too early. After that, customer support gave me multiple conflicting answers about how to handle the request while I was traveling. No one seemed to know the correct process, and I was even told to use a website option that was unavailable because my request was stuck in pending status.
A basic refill timing issue should not require this much effort. The inconsistency, lack of product knowledge, and inability to provide a clear answer reflect very poor customer support.

Didn’t work for me…. I don’t know what the medicine was that I was using but felt nothing and no results. The app is unexciting and rather useless. I will say the AI agent is pretty good. Feel like I just wasted money.

I subscribed to your service. However, it has now been over a week, and I have not received any follow-up support. I have repeatedly tried to contact your team through the chat, but despite being told that someone would get back to me, I have not received any response.
This lack of communication is extremely concerning. I have not been able to speak with a nurse or receive any medical guidance, which is unacceptable for a service involving prescription medication. My case has been left pending for far too long, and I feel completely unsupported.
Additionally, there is no clear way to contact your company. Messages are not being answered, and there is no reliable customer service available. This has made it very difficult to get help or resolve the issue.
Due to this experience, I no longer wish to continue with your service. I am requesting a full refund immediately so that I can seek care from another provider with proper support and communication.

Edit: I was able to reach their customer service by phone and my refund was processed. I changed my rating from two star to four star. One star removed for making it difficult to register and cancel via the website.
1st-The site makes you start the registration process from scratch every time you navigate away from it, despite leaving the tab open. Although annoying, not a dealbreaker.
2nd-Despite saying you can cancel at any time, after signing on last night for the 3 month injections, I slept on it & decided to do further research before settling on my choice. I made an appointment for consultation but the earliest was 2.5 weeks away so it motivated me to keep researching. I went online, canceled my “membership” and upon doing that it informed me that the membership will end when they decide, which apparently is almost 3 months down the road despite having no consultation, no medication delivery, etc. I haven’t even been approved for treatment yet because it was less than 12 hrs from sign up. Nothing. No service, no consultation, no medication & they intend to keep my membership open, therefore my $700 for nothing. I will be reporting them if I don’t receive my refund, in full.
Be aware that paying for a multi-month plan does NOT mean you will automatically receive that same number of medication vials.
When I signed up, it looked like paying for 3 months meant you would receive 3 months of medication, but that’s not how the system works. You actually have to submit refill requests, and each one still has to be approved before the medication ships.
I submitted my last refill request on the final day of my subscription, expecting to receive the medication I had already paid for. Unfortunately, the request was never approved, and now my subscription has ended and I’m left without the medication.
My recommendation is to submit refill requests well before the end of your subscription period and not assume that paying for several months guarantees the medication will be shipped automatically.
I just wish this process had been explained more clearly from the beginning.

Fridays has been a Godsend. I was a little hesitant at first, but they’ve been extremely attentive and respond almost immediately to any questions or concerns. The approval process was very smooth—I had my consultation and my medication was shipped overnight at no extra cost. I truly can’t recommend Fridays enough!
6 duplicate charges then got a notification payment failed, reached out to them “higher than normal message volume” so I’m assuming this happened to other people. The money is out of my account, will report as fraud if this is not remedied.

This company is a scam, they advertise products they don’t have it and ship wrong medication, I received 5 times wrong medication, and in the end they answered me that sent me right one, like I am blind and can’t read the label. Order in any other website but please don’t waste your money here. They charged me for a second month and I never got my first month correctly.

I’m on injection number 5 and have had no appetite suppression at all. This is my second time using semaglutide and the first time I lost over 80 pounds. I’m deviates that I’ve spent all this money and having no results.

I don’t think the Trizepatide they send it the real thing. In the past I’ve gotten the real thing from a med spa and lost a lot of weight, had no desire to eat, felt full quickly. This Trizepatide doesn’t do any of that. No weight loss, hunger cravings still there, desire to eat full meals still there. I’m on my third month now and convinced this is either a watered down product or a fake placebo.
