Great way to quickly get a lot of quality videos for your product

I almost signed a contract with an influencer platform that would have cost my brand thousands of dollars with zero guarantee of results. With JoinBrands, I launched a campaign in minutes, got connected to 140 creators within 24 hours and selected 5 influencers in my niche who delivered 5 amazing videos. Their unique angles showcased the potential of my brand in ways I had not even thought about. And the campaign drove a lot of new visitors to my site and increased new subscribers

There are many UGC marketplace platforms out there and I've tried a lot of them... They all have their pros and cons but a recent experiences with joinbrands was the worst by far.

I provided a very clear brief and script to a creator. It wasn't followed AT ALL so I rejected the content and refered them back to the briefing doc. They again didn't follow the script or talking points. At this point the joinbrands system sets in motion and auto approve process. It doesn't allow you to request any further revisions unless you subscribe to a high priced monthly plan.

You may reject content once and then there is no option to reject again if it misses the mark. The creator was willing to make revisions and re upload but joinbrands wouldn't allow this in their system. It just counts down 4 days until it auto approves the incorrect content.

So now I have useless content that I can't use, the creator has been paid and joinbrands rattle off some pre canned response:

"We completely understand your comments, at the moment the "reject all" button can be only used once according to the subscription plan, however, we sincerely appreciate your comments so we can keep improving our platform and we will make sure to channel it to our management team so we can keep up and make JoinBrands the best place for creators like you!"

The ability to allow both brand and creator to work together to get a result the brand is happy with is being interrupted by joinbrands. They have made a decision to prevent a second revision request.

It seems very clear - if you don't have big budgets, they don't care about your experience or results.

I'll go back to using other UGC marketplace platforms.

I've been a member of JoinBrands less than a week and have already made over $20 with zero experience. The pricess is easy and I haven't had any issues. The website is user friendly and I'm enjoying the work.

Overall, I have found it a very disappointing experience working with JoinBrands. I have received some content which I have used for my brand. But, I have had several disagreeable situations. I signed up for a Blast Campaigh and after shipping a $50 product to an influencer after giving sugesstions for the content creation she decided my brand was not a good fit and didn't want to create content she said said 'Im sorry you are disappointed but my content rights are worth more than $5.' Apparantly, the influencers are only paid $5 for a blast campaign (I paid more, plus the JoinBrands fee) and this particular influencer wasn't aware I was going to have rights to her content - and it is quite obvious she didn't even read my brief. I also had some very low quality content produced including one where the sound was so bad I couldnt even understand what was being said. You can only reject content once and that was my one time so I was unable to give feedback after the proper content was created. One influencer still has not created content even though it has been nearly a month since I send her the product. Customer service has been no help with anything. Overall a really disappointing experience.

I really like join brands especially as a new content creator. They are helping me grow my plate form. Anytime i need help i message them and they respond really fast.
