Deceptive Business Practices & No Customer Support
The process of receiving approval and the medication itself was straightforward. From there, the experience went downhill quickly. First, the plan I selected for a 1 mg dose for 12 weeks was changed to a .25/.50/1.0 mg titrated dose - which is fine, that's what was prescribed by the physician. I was not, however, credited for the difference in medication volume, the 5 mg received vs 12 mg ordered, even though the order form is worded as for an amount of medication rather than a prescribed amount. I emailed Bliv about this, and have not received any response a few days later. Given the nature of this and a lack of a response, I feel like they are engaging in a highly deceptive practice of convincing customers that they are receiving far more for their dollar than they actually are, and I will be exploring avenues for recourse. Additionally, when the order arrived, no guide on dosing was provided, at least that I could find, and thankfully I researched the different between the units on the syringe vs the mg/ml units of the vial, as I could have easily over or underdrawn the medication otherwise. I highly recommend looking for another provider - you can find more responsive and transparent options at a better cost.

Dosing and treatment plans are determined by the prescribing clinician based on medical appropriateness and clinical guidelines. As part of that process, titration schedules may be implemented even if a different dose was initially selected.
Regardless of the dosing plan, the vial provided contains all of the medication you purchased. This has been outlined in our communication this morning via email. For clarity, dosing instructions are included on the vial label and detailed guidance is also sent via text and email. Our team is also available for nurse support if a walkthrough is needed.

Next thing you know my tirzepatide arrived and I scheduled a nurse call which was so very helpful and I also received a follow up email with helpful links.
